When I met Dr. Lambert in 2015, I was a mere shell of myself. I was one year into a new job…read more(producing mediocre results), living with my sister, overweight, and on the "outs" of a relationship that ended up failing horribly. I was extremely vulnerable and was in search of why I was failing at life. As sessions with Dr. Lambert went on, I was able to gain a deeper understanding into who I was, why I was attracting certain people in my life and why I continued to make decisions that manifested the same results. Dr. Lambert challenged me to change my perspective and put forth some serious effort to change my life. Within THREE MONTHS of seeing him, I bought my first home. Within the first TWO YEARS of seeing him, I was promoted twice at my job, lost 40 pounds and got engaged.
