Adjuster Paul Castle -decided after listening to two messages requesting call back felt he didn't need to return my call. I was sold a contract that clearly covers engine repair and they only want to pay $500 on a clause that is not applicable to the mileage per terms of the contract. Their so-called mediation is over the phone with the bully Chris Epperling...guess we're going to arbitration and news media to expose this company for the fraud and deceptive trade practices. EFG prays on people who don't know the law applicable to contracts. STAY CLEAR Of BUYING THEIR CONTRACTS. If you've had same experience please let me know, as Ive filed a complaint with Texas Attorney General's Office. Sadly- I can't give them zero stars!

I bought a contract for a motorcycle. The bike started leaking oil out of the head. Unfortunately,…read moreeven with the purchase of a vehicle service contract the repairs ended up costing me considerably due to EFG's refusal to cover various aspects of the repair. I ended up having to pay $244.33 on September 6th and $240.00 on the 27th, for a total of $484.33. Adjuster Tim Barnes was both belligerent and nonsensical in his assessment of my repair. He insisted that he knew better than the OEM dealer on how to repair a rare limited edition motorcycle. He also stated that EFG is not obligated to pay for the repair cost but what THEY think the repair costs. They base this on a document that apparently suggests the cost of a valve timing adjustment is lower than a valve cover gasket replacement.... even though the gasket replacement is part of the timing adjustment. No where in the contract does it mention this. EFG service contracts are not worth the paper it is printed on.

I attended the career building webinar on Zoom hosted for  Yelp Elite members. It's one thing to…read morewriteup a resume yourself and think its absolutely amazing, but to have his set of eyes and truly maximize my potential and bring it to life was a whole other thing. Tim was amazingly brilliant, dynamic in our call. He connected in a very real and warm way. He quickly got down to what the issues are that are holding back; asked pointed, honest and direct questions to help you uncover the reason. He helped me get very clear about next-steps in my current resume and then take steps in transforming my resume to a good one. Investing in taking time to talk to Tim was worth it. I highly HIGHLY recommend you go do it for YOURself!

This place is the real deal…read more I had the pleasure of scheduling a 1:1 resume review with YourNextJump's Tim Lo and had no idea what to expect from a call session, which is typically extra fluff just to fill up the airtime. I had sent in my linkedin profile as well as resume prior to the meeting so Tim had the time to review my profile. Right off the bat, Tim went straight into commenting on my resume, pointing out a few things that stood out to him. After inquiring about the type of jobs I was looking for, he then proceeded to make a few suggestions on how I can better present my resume while emailing me several resume samples and templates as guidance. I walked out of our first meeting feeling more supported than ever. I can see how job searching and resume updating can be a lonely, hard and long journey so it's great to have a service like Your next jump that can help you feel better on that road. Kind of like Job search therapy with tactical solutions. I highly recommend Tim's services to all jobseekers out there. He is empathetic, intelligent and to had a great sense of understanding of what I was hoping to get out of this and as a result, he more than delivered!

I found the Crescere group from the positive reviews on Google and Yelp, and I am certainly glad I…read moredid. Ron is a tax wizard. He helped me both with my business taxes and personal taxes, and WOW was I impressed with his knowledge. His expertise was such a relief to be able to lean on this year. Ron also has a unique since of humor, which may not be for everyone, but it made paying taxes oddly relaxing for me (and dare I say, even enjoyable). Would strongly recommend Ron for both business and personal tax needs!

Proceed with Caution: My Experience with Ron Mussett…read more I initially worked with Ron to set up my LLC taxed as an S-corp. He was helpful during the initial process, but unfortunately, the execution was flawed. He made repeated administrative errors, such as filing paperwork incorrectly, missing deadlines, and even misspelling my name and my company's name multiple times. While I initially overlooked these mistakes, things only worsened over time. One of my biggest concerns was Ron's reluctance to answer questions beyond quarterly payroll tax filings. I often felt like an annoyance rather than a valued client. More critically, he failed to inform me that I wasn't making estimated personal income tax payments, which led to a substantial tax bill for 2024--complete with penalties. Based on my experience with him, I expect he would say this wasn't his responsibility, but better communication could have prevented the issue. Additionally, his tax planning knowledge was not the right fit. For instance, he was unfamiliar with Solo 401(k) plans and only recommended SEP IRAs, which didn't align with my financial strategy. He also would push back against strategies like structuring payroll for my spouse, paying her the max required for a 401(k) contribution, and "netting out." Beyond these shortcomings, his overall responsiveness was mediocre to poor--not just during tax season but consistently throughout the year. He was only reachable via email and rarely by phone, making it difficult to get timely responses. To be fair, Ron is very affordable compared to other CPAs. At the time, I was paying a fraction of what I pay now. However, I've come to realize that paying three times as much for my new CPA is well worth it--because at least now, I don't have IRS penalties, unexpected tax bills, or unanswered questions. My new CPA is available via phone and Zoom, open to one-on-one consultations, and takes the time to ensure I understand my tax strategy. If you're looking for a CPA who provides proactive guidance, strategic tax planning, and clear explanations, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Just as we expect doctors to have bedside manner, I believe a CPA should show a level of respect and care for their clients. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I often felt disregarded, and the lack of communication left me with IRS penalty letters, an unexpected tax bill, and a new CPA who is now cleaning up the mess. Ultimately, I take responsibility for not holding Ron accountable sooner. However, if you choose to work with him, be prepared to take a very hands-on approach and ensure you fully understand what he is offering. I've since found a CPA who is a much better fit--someone who takes the time to explain tax-saving strategies, aligns with my long-term financial goals, and ensures I won't be blindsided by another massive tax bill in 2025.
