After patients have already had the appointment time and the leave scheduled for their jobs. With my last appointment they had me scheduled for the wrong office location, which I was only told two days before the appointment. Then a day before they rescheduled for the original date in the Bowie office. Then that same day in the early evening, they called again to say that they would not be available in the Bowie office. It was very frustrating to have this one appointment scheduled three times in the course of two days! The office definitely needs a new manager for scheduling.

I was going to my doctor's and paying my co- pay and no one advised me that a balance was occurring until it got to $300.00 I didn't receive any statement's at all... going back months I go to the doctor office and they informed me of outstanding balance and I asked them why wasn't i informed about it before the balance be so high... I then started paying $50.00 every month and I have asked several times for a statement showing my payments and how are they being applied to my balance this has been going on over 6 months now as of today still haven't received it... I Just get a statement with the charges and what my insurance has paid... NOTHING SHOWING MY PAYMENTS EVERY MONTH I HAVE SPOKEN WITH OFFICE MANAGER AND THE PERSON IN BILLING NOTHING STILL... If I don't pay they will turn me over to collections WHO CAN I REPORT THEM TO SINCE THEY WON'T provide me the statements showing my payments... they now will call me the day before my office to talk about a balance and that's incorrect.. im tired of being harassed by them but can't supply the paperwork to back up these payments... I have proof of all the payments they have received... THE WORST BILLING OFFICE EVER... Be careful and stay on top of your charges.
