They proceeded to go to a supply house and an hour went by and they did not return. I called the plumbing company, and they said they could not find the part and they would have to order it. A week went by and they still couldn't find the part. I couldn't believe they left me without a working kitchen faucet! I got a referral from a friend and called WT Plumbing. They sent a plumber the next day, and they were a god send. Jerry saw what he needed ordered the part and 2 days later, voila, I had a working faucet!

Scott gave me a quote over the phone and coordinated the timing with alternate side street parking to make sure the street was clear. On the day of the job, a crew of 4 arrived with multiple trucks and took their time to determine that the water line curved to the side. They opened the street, the sidewalk, a hole in my front garden, and the basement. They dug the holes, found the original line underground, replaced it with copper, and had the entire site filled, covered, and swept clean by just after 2:00 PM. It's labor-intensive work and the crew was incredibly fast and clearly knew what they were doing. They didn't need anything from me other than basement access and worked straight through without issue. At the end of the day, one of the guys even helped me replant my lavender, which they had carefully removed in one piece earlier in the day to save it. While the technical work was excellent, the on-site experience was a bit stressful. Scott was not at the job site, though the crew was able to give me the updates I asked about, and one worker in the basement was visibly frustrated with cutting through the stone foundation. If you want the job done quickly and correctly, I highly recommend them. Just be prepared to be proactive about talking with the crew or asking for the supervisor if you need a clear play-by-play of the progress. This team will be my first call if any more work with water lines or sewers comes up.

The man, named Eric, answered quickly in what sounded like his motorcycle or loud car. I ignored his ill and informal manner of speaking and explained my situation. He said he'd arrive in a couple of hours. I waited. He hadn't arrived. After giving him what felt like hours after our scheduled meeting time, I decided to call him to see where he was. It's honestly sick I had to do this because they're supposed to be a business, not just one poor time-management-having man. So I called him and explained to him how late he was and how I was extremely unimpressed by his irresponsibility. He replied "Alright. I'll be there. I forgot." I replied "Ok arrive by 6 I have to be at a meeting at 7." He then replied "Oh and by the way, I am going to have to charge you extra for being late". I WAS FURIOUS. How could he charge me extra for tardiness when it was by his own incentive that he was going to be late?! I overlooked this and waited for him to come and fix the faucet, as the faucet was driving me insane. When he arrived, he knocked on my door like an animal and shouted "PLUMBER!". I was in shock. There was no explanation that was running through my mind for his blatant insolence. I opened the door, showed him where the faucet was, he took his tools out and fixed it, and we said our goodbyes. When I walked into the bathroom after he left (and locked the front door) I was assaulted with the gnarly visual of an entire feces excrement in my toilet. He didn't even have the dignity to flush. Being at the end of my patience, I was relieved that the whole situation had come to an end until a couple days later, the faucet started leaking again. Despite my own tremendous anger & repulsion, I dialed this man's number with the intention of having him come over to fix the faucet (right this time), until I realized that he had BLOCKED MY NUMBER. I am never, EVER going to be calling this sorry excuse for a plumber nor will I ever recommend him to someone I even mildly admire. I suggest everyone who's read this review to do the same. The other plumber actually laughed out loud when I told him the estimate that Adam gave me. What I liked is that I received emails along the way, like at one point he was a little delayed at another location, so my appointment was adjusted, just by an hour or so. As soon as Manny was done there, I received an email that he was on his way, and he still made it within the original time slot. There was one problem area, which he was able to tackle. He worked fast and cleaned everything out. Another upside; Manny is very nice and personable.
