On the day of the job, a crew of 4 arrived with multiple trucks and took their time to determine that the water line curved to the side. They opened the street, the sidewalk, a hole in my front garden, and the basement. They dug the holes, found the original line underground, replaced it with copper, and had the entire site filled, covered, and swept clean by just after 2:00 PM. It's labor-intensive work and the crew was incredibly fast and clearly knew what they were doing. They didn't need anything from me other than basement access and worked straight through without issue. At the end of the day, one of the guys even helped me replant my lavender, which they had carefully removed in one piece earlier in the day to save it. While the technical work was excellent, the on-site experience was a bit stressful. Scott was not at the job site, though the crew was able to give me the updates I asked about, and one worker in the basement was visibly frustrated with cutting through the stone foundation. We terminated for non-performance and demanded the refund; as of this review it has not been returned. Every claim in this review is supported by the signed contract, payment records, and his own emails.
