From…read morethe moment I walked in for my 4:30pm appointment, Monty greeted me warmly and proceeded to explain the game and its mechanics in a clear and concise manner. He provided valuable insights on the types of cards to expect, how to use them effectively, and the maximum number of cards allowed per deck. Throughout the session, Monty continuously shared strategies and effects of certain cards, ensuring that I had a comprehensive understanding of the game. I appreciated his welcoming attitude and the detailed explanations he provided regarding the options and community of Lorcana. Additionally, Monty patiently answered all of my questions and even took the time to introduce me to other games offered at the facility. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by Monty's professionalism, knowledge, and hospitality during the training session. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the experience enjoyable and informative. I look forward to further interactions with Monty and exploring more of the gaming opportunities available at your establishment. Thank you for providing such outstanding training sessions and customer service.

The store is small and I could tell they just got a new shipment but I didn't mind. The owner was very personable and helpful with answering questions especially about upcoming preorders and prices. Something to think about when ordering to lessen future disappointments. I just wished he had the items I was looking for but they were sold out everywhere anyway so it's not their fault.

I hope they're able to get the help that they need to help support their community, but I still stand by the frustration experienced when attempting to reach out multiple times.* I've spent a good amount of time calling this store trying to get ahold of a worker for clarification on a tournament they are holding. The phone doesn't even fully ring before you get sent to voicemail so I want to assume they're declining the call, but hopefully I'm wrong. Called since their opening and between the hours and still no luck talking to someone. They don't respond to their socials either. This feels very unwelcoming to new folks trying to stop by and support their shop. Unfortunately I cant comment on anything else from this shop as this was enough to deter me and my friends from wanting to visit, but it's great to hear from their community about their situation which clearly means their locals are happy playing there.

Came into this shop looking to buy quite a few cards. Joey, the employee working, was friendly and…read morehelpful, but the way the shop handles pricing and negotiations was extremely frustrating. The employee couldn't give me prices or really negotiate. For every card, he had to send the owner a picture and recent comps and wait for a response because the owner wasn't there. I was making reasonable offers based on recent sales and was completely open to negotiating, but I rarely received any actual counteroffers. If my offer is too low, that's totally fine--just give me a number to work with. Going through only about six cards took roughly 30 minutes because of all the waiting. I came in ready to spend money and buy multiple cards, so this was pretty frustrating. Payment was another issue. I had run out of cash and offered to pay through Zelle, but was told electronic/card payments would have sales tax added while cash wouldn't. I've bought plenty of cards from shops before and personally have never encountered that with Zelle, so it really caught me off guard. Joey himself was nice, but the shop's system needs improvement. Having to wait for an absent owner to remotely price and approve every card makes a simple buying experience way more difficult and time-consuming than it needs to be.

Whether you're shopping for party supplies, crafts, seasonal décor, furniture, spring flowers, fabrics, or holiday items, there's a huge selection to browse. It's honestly hard to leave without finding something to bring home. The employees at the front are consistently friendly and welcoming. While I don't often see associates throughout the store unless they're stocking shelves, checkout has always been a pleasant experience. They frequently run sales, which is a big plus. My only complaint about the value is that this location's clearance section isn't marked down as much as other Hobby Lobby stores I've visited. There's still a good selection of clearance items, but the prices aren't quite as competitive as I've seen elsewhere. The biggest downside is the restroom. It requires a code to access, and it can be difficult to find an employee when you need one. Unfortunately, the restroom also hasn't been very clean during my visits. Overall, despite a couple of drawbacks, this location offers great service at the front, an excellent selection, and enough deals to keep us coming back.
