It's tucked away in the back of an office park on the second floor, so it can be a bit hard to find. However, once you arrive, you're greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The store is clean, organized, and the games are a lot of fun. They really make an effort to get you involved in the small community--it feels like you're playing at a friend's house. That kind of atmosphere makes a big difference for collectors. The shop itself is clean and well organized, which makes browsing through cards enjoyable. Versus real Pokémon cards where they have a black film in between where there won't be any light emitting through the card. I was really bummed out as I was excited to have my first Japanese Pokémon cards.. Also quick tip for any one, if your looking for Pokémon cards here check the crimps and the packaging on them if there loose or not sealed well there fakes and as mentioned cards shouldn't emit any light through them... Due your due diligence, always check the packaging. That's were I messed up. You can also go on YouTube where they can show you how to spot fakes. Hope this helps

But I'd have to admit I've never seen such poor service in my life. When it comes to being around other hobbyists. I waiting in line to be helped while the girl behind the register finished helping her current customer. She seemed very polite & helpful. But that became very obvious that it was because she was flirtatious with the clients. When I proceeded to then ask a question if they had TCG Cards (Pokemon or One Piece). She did answer that they had sold out, but then proceeded to just act like I didn't exist. Not sure, why I would need to have to be flirty just to buy an item they have behind the register. I genuinely just wanted to look at the One Piece Deck set that was behind the worker with the Comb Over. Who also proceeded to act like I didn't exist. Not my fault they're physically attractive to be my type to flirt my way into a sale. Definitely wack employees today. Anyways, definitely check out the BULGOGI KBBQ! The server barely spoke English & their service was WAY MORE EXCEPTIONAL! Great Food!
