See my other reviews for my experience with a different company that was very poor. On January 11th, my wife and I had dealt with the other company enough... So we stopped at the fire station to see if they could recommend someone for us. A man named Jerry came out and introduced himself, he is a volunteer with the Fire Department and he has an HVAC business that also does chimney care. Jerry was extremely polite and gave us his card. Our chimney was swept 2 days later and he was extremely thorough. He swept the chimney, vacuumed out the flew, and cleaned the entire fire place area. He did a great job and we couldn't be more pleased. He placed sheets down to keep our floors clean and he even cleaned the roof area around our chimney for us. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Jerry! Our experience was super positive. If you need HVAC or sweep help, give them a call. What an awesome local company that still knows what customer service is. Not to mention 3 days for a turn around on a sweep is pretty fast. We will call him next year without a doubt. (As long as we are still here).

We've been wanting a ductless unit for years because we both suffer from auto immune diseases. I wanted heating and cooling. One estimate I received was twice the estimate Tony gave us. We accepted his estimate and he had the electrician contact us. The electrician works with Tony on these units. He came out to give us the estimate for the electrical part of the installation. We ran it from the garage panel instead of the house because the garage panel is newer and we can keep our existing heat as a back up. Once we accepted the electricians estimate...things got moving pretty fast. I think from the first estimate to the final install of the unit was 2+ weeks. I thought it would be longer. Tony was great. Professional, friendly, always on time. He informed me of the current rebates. He brought the form, I filled it out, then he picked it up....all the same day. Such service!
