There's an absolute clown named Mike working there. I brought my car there for a quote regarding damage from an accident. It took them a few days, no big deal. I left the car there for a few days extra while i was waiting for the insurance company to give them the go ahead to fix it. And today the clown Mike called and told me I need to come pick up my car or he would have it towed. Zero conversations took place prior to this call. And that was his opening statement. Worst body shop in all of NY. Dont ever bring your car here they don't care about how long it take to get things done. first day I called I was told one thing would be done with my car and now it's a month later and they still don't have the part for my car even though they've had my claim from Allstate for 2 months knowing what parts that needed they just choose not to order them. to instead rip my car apart and let it sit there while they order the part they already knew they needed just out of pure not caring about the customer. Awful humans, beyond terrible next to no customer service, just a terrible business filled with people who don't care about any of your problems or to apologize for them fucking up. read more

Sadly this place suffers from Utica syndrome. That being take it or leave it. Rude greeting would of been better than being ignored. I'm with a handicapped customer and we were directed to "body shop" "across the street. Now that was a real general location. The photo is of the poorly marked. Incredible non handicapped friendly "body" shop. With one chair. Folks if you want to see Honda service visit the Saratoga dealership. Or Albany or Mohawk. Just about anywhere is better. I put a claim in for water damage with my insurance company. My car's battery was draining and stopped working. Looked at battery and where the battery was located was submerged in water. Talked to insurance company and had a claim done. This company had my car over 2 months and when I picked up my car the same issues the battery light on and car stated service battery system and Battery was being drained. Gentleman working on the car stated that was talked about in the beginning when it was dropped off and the garage must of forgot to do this. Now I received a call it is the alternator and that it is not due to the water damage and I need to pay more money out of pocket to fix it.  How is it that the same issues you dropped off for is not due to claim. On top of communication with them was very far in between. They stated they would call weekly to keep me posted on my car and that was never done I was usually calling them. I came in during a busy time but I still got great service. I made arrangements through my insurance company which helped - and they called enterprise to come pick me up while I was doing the paperwork. The people helping me all had a great attitude and were patient while I was there. I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it! read more
