One telling the other her hair was really sticky from getting stuff in it while painting. Gross. Dental assistant was kind & did xrays & scan. Dentist came in, asking what was wrong, so explained my toothache. He replied curtly, "You need a root canal" I was surprised as less than a year ago I'd had a very comprehensive exam & crowns, no cavities or root canals were mentioned. I asked if he could tell that from these xrays. His response was, "no, I don't need xrays I go by the symptoms a patient tells me." What??! I should have ran out from Dr Quackers there & then. Sigh. He then blew air on the tooth & tapped on it. Nothing. So he then says,"your issue is you have a crown there & the surface is too flat." I know it is meant to be bumpy, so kind of made sense to me. He got a drill & was grinding at the tooth for a while, no questions as to if I was okay with that, doing fine? Afterwards I commented that the same tooth on the other side was probably the same as it was also a crown. Dr Quackers response, "well that isn't the issue is it, so we're not going to touch that." Okay then. Then a final sweet goodbye from this gem, "now don't chew on that side of your mouth for 6 months, then come back & see me. We'll see how it is going then." I looked at him wondering if he was serious, he was! He said just learn to push the food over to the other side. 36hrs later & I am chewing on the other side of my mouth! I had a cold drink & no issues. Then had a yogurt though & that caused sharp pain that lasted for about 10 minutes. So now I am left to look for another dentist. This time hopefully not as pretentious, haughty or flat! So there goes a few hundred bucks to Mr Quackers. Beware & be aware!!!

I told him we were traveling and would only be in the area for two weeks. The staff checked with the lab and they said they were able to have the permanent crown ready in time. Dr. Friedlander removed the broken crown and put the temporary on. The whole process took two hours. I was very satisfied with the service I got and the expertise of the dental staff.

We had moved from Lancaster for 7 years, now permanently back. When I made an appointment to re-establish care, I was not told of their retirement plans and that the business was being sold, until I arrived for the appointment last February. Shocking was to say the least. I had to check to even see if I was in the right building. Not much of a problem with the new hygienist (still wasn't L & P quality) but I had to return as I knew I had a filling that needed to be replaced. This is when it got ugly. No introductions were made, half the time I didn't even know what was happening as nothing was explained, it was just done, by a dental assistant, not the dentist. She called Dr. Pandit in to look at it and he says it's fine. I finally ask for a mirror and almost passed out--the tooth she worked on was now lower than the tooth next to it. These are my bottom front teeth. Dr. Pandit said that that didn't matter because when you close your mouth you don't see the lower front teeth. Are you kidding me?! Oh yes, he didn't even want to refill the porcelain filling to begin with because "it's on the back of your tooth, no one will see it and those fillings don't last long". I had mine for over 50 yrs. The back of the tooth is still rough, and now he saws down the tooth without the filling trying to level them up. Well after seeing what he did in the mirror (which I was never offered, gee I wonder why) he's now ground down the two teeth into a v shape in the middle. That's when I took off my bib and started to get up. Dr. Pandit suggested I go to a cosmetic dentist or orthodontist to fix his mess. Really?? What a pity that a wonderful practice that I referred several people to over the years, is sadly no more. Don't use this practice, they are horrible.

I am a big weenie when it comes to dental care. I've had bad experiences in the past and get very…read morenervous for appointments. After much procrastination I scheduled a cleaning and check-up, feeling pretty confident that all was well. Welp, I left with a next-day appointment to get 4 cavities filled! Dr. Pashaliyev was absolutely fabulous for the entire process. He explained everything to me and was very upbeat and optimistic in the face of my anxiety and pessimism. He took my nervousness seriously and was happy to take his time to make me comfortable. He was not stingy with the novocaine and stopped to give me more when it began to feel a little zippy in the extra-deep cavity drilling. The techs that assisted were great too - fast and efficient, very pleasant. If you're not a fan of the dentist, I would highly recommend booking with Dr. Pashaliyev, it was almost downright pleasant. I have a history with them and I've never required any major dental work . I traveled there recently for my scheduled cleaning. I was pressured to get xrays and so after traveling 40 minutes to this appointment I left without a cleaning because the office manager refused my request to forgo the x-rays for health reasons . I had called her the week before and left a voice message asking her to call me back because I wanted to speak to her about this very subject. She never returned my call and so when I showed up for my cleaning appointment I was simply told that unless I got the x-rays they would not clean my teeth so I asked if I should leave ( i was in the chair) . It was suggested that there was nothing they could do for me without the x-rays other than let my dentist look at my teeth . Her reasoning was liability and it just left me feeling like she was more interested and concerned about protecting the staff then she was concerned about my specific health concerns and unique needs as a patient regarding unnecessary exposure. Still love Dr. Allison! He is the best! I just never thought it would end this way, and all because I wanted to have my teeth cleaned without exposure to an xray.He was always compassionate and never pushy. The old office manager Chris was the same. She actually cared about you. You don't get that anymore with this practice. Its all about them. I wont return and I will miss my Dentist. Upon entering the facility, it was very clean and the staff was at the utmost professional. I did not wait long and the lady who assisted Dr. Larrabee was very professional, extremely polite and kind. I have been working in the medical field for over 40 years, and I recognize those who are professional and care a lot for the patient. Dr. Larrabee came into the room, assessed my situation and talked to me calmly about what he was going to do. After I was numbed up, Dr. Larrabee felt around my mouth to see if I felt any pain. Upon extracting the spur on the right side, I did wince a bit. Dr. Larrabee immediately stopped and numbed me up again. He then proceeded to touch around that particular area to make sure I had absolutely no pain. Both the spur and the tooth took less than approximately 20 minutes to extract. I just want to thank Dr. Larrabee and his assistant (who's name I cannot remember at this time). If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would refer this office to anyone including my family. Dr. Murphy and the entire staff were so friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I was a little nervous because my first two wisdom teeth were removed somewhere else and that experience did not go very well. This time was completely different. By day two, I barely had any pain at all, which honestly surprised me! Thank you so much, Dr. Murphy and the entire team, for making the experience as comfortable and easy as possible. I left some special toothpaste on the counter by accident. No one ever called me to tell me I left it there. Total Joke! They quoted me $1200 for 2 crowns. Talked to a new dentist today, she saw my xrays and doesn't think I need a crown at all! The receptionist speaks barely English. Avoid this place at all costs. There are like 40 booths and you are just a number. Horrible!
