The dish I had selected was finished for the evening (it was late) so the waiter suggested something that was not on the menu -- pasta with eggplant, tomatoes and cheese. It sounded good, so I took the chance and ordered it. Both dishes were very, very good. A LOT of lobster came with my wife's lobster linguini. She gave me her plate with only some linguini remaining on it, after she had eaten all the lobster (she ate it using a high lobster-to-pasta ratio), and just the linguini with the lobster-infused "sauce" was delicious.
