The crew was friendly, especially the two young men that did the actual pruning. As other reviews have noted they did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done. We went the DIY route, measuring and installing 6 solar screens ourselves. Ours is a new home with…read morealuminum-framed windows. The back of our home faces west, so the afternoon sun in the summer can be brutal. We bought the wider framed screens with a cross brace, since our windows are rather large (35" x 70"). We chose 90% screens because of the western exposure. Ordering the screens was easy, particularly since all of the windows we wanted to screen are the same size. But our windows have narrow recessed edges so we weren't sure at first about installation. We didn't want to void the window warranty by using screws. So we sized the screens to match the protruding portion of the windows and purchased heavy-duty outdoor Velcro strips (1" x 4") to attach the screens. Our process was to attach the fuzzy side of the Velcro in the same location on the frame of each solar screen. This made them all interchangeable. Then we put the matching half of the Velcro in place on the screen. Lastly, we removed the backing, lined up the screens, and carefully put each screen in place, pressing firmly to secure. We chose to attach Velcro only on the sides of the screen frames, for ease of removal when we want the sun's heat and light in the winter. The frame color we chose closely matches the original window frames and house trim, and the black screen matches our screen porch, so the solar screens look very much like they belong. I recommend you be choosy when selecting frame and screen colors, as they can change the overall look of your home. Picking up your DIY screen order is an efficient process: when the screens are ready (ours took about a week), an email arrives with directions to a small industrial park, a code to enter the stowage space, and the location within of your screens. Once inside, there are doors to compartments that contain orders. This is how 24-hour pickup is made possible. My only gripe, a minor one, is that one of the 6 screens has an obviously darker area, perhaps a crease in the fabric. But, all in all, this was a great experience. We expect our west-facing rooms will be more comfortable this summer than the last one.

It's never easy to leave your child with other people, and the first week was definitely difficult for me as a parent, but these women made the transition easy and I know my child is getting exceptional care from them. Having lived at Stonelake at the Arboretum for several years now I can say that I have really enjoy…read moreliving in this apartment complex. I moved in prior to the recent renovations and the spaces and amenities were fine before but now especially they are very nice, modern, aesthetic, and clean. I have always felt safe inside the gated complex itself day or night. The residents are all friendly, orderly, responsible, pretty quiet. Haven't had any major problems. The complex has also recently beefed up their mail and package delivery security, addressing resident concerns. Internet is packaged with TV from Spectrum, there are no other options for separating them or choosing another provider. But honestly, internet has been reliable and fast, and if you like TV, you got it. There is a daily trash valet service that is nice, but not really necessary and you can't opt out of it. The leasing office staff and the maintenance crew that I have met are all great. They are friendly, professional, and very helpful without any avoidance, delays, or other BS. I feel like they always do all they can as long as it's within the community rules and their power, and can at least answer questions and give regular updates on things. This past winter's freeze in 2021 was probably the roughest time here when power went out and water had to be shut, and honestly we made it out better than most. While I have a ton of praise, I have some minor complaints to be considered for those of you that take the time to read reviews and how other experiences may effect your own circumstance, thus decision. #1: The apartments "laundry room" is insanely small for placing side-by-side machines instead of stackable. I can't open the door all the way. This wasn't clear in our tour because we weren't doing laundry, but in order to have the dryer work properly and efficiently there needed to be more space so maintenance pulled the dryer out further and said it had to be that way. So lame! But, we had a washer/dryer in the apartment and it was worth the annoyance... #2: The "updated" light switches and socket covers do not fit properly and maintenance will agree to this. They were changed by corporate for cosmetics and nothing more than that. Some sockets do not work and seemingly push the plug out; i.e. the plug just falls out from the weight of the cord! I had maintenance come in three times to fix it and I've given up and "moving on" now. #3: The roaches sneak in and some Texans will say it's inevitable... I'm not a native Texan and I believe in pest control and having a proper foundation where I live. There are small crevices for these creepers to get through and interrupt your sanctuary, but again, isn't that one downfall of living in Texas? We have been very happy here and will miss the community but gladly keep in touch with our neighbor friends that we have made. I recommend Stonelake at the Arboretum and suggest a tour to see for yourself!

The quality of their work speaks for itself when you see it in person. It was about a two and half day project, but they moved so fast, that it was so effectively efficient for us. We both have pets that needed to roam around to use the bathroom. For value and quality, I am truly impressed! Their customer service is professional and they provide you a delightful customer service! I highly recommend this company for fence repair or replacement!

The job felt rushed, messy, and below professional standards. Highly recommend using another company.
