I was told the work on my car would cost $500. I left the car with them, and it sat in their garage for a week with no updates. Then suddenly, they said I would have to pay $2,100. Two days later, they changed the price again to $2,700. The next day, they said they would give me a 10% "first-time discount" and finally charged me $2,500. All of this was for just fixing the AC. To make it worse, they broke my front bumper in the process. When I asked them to fix it, they didn't take responsibility--instead, they called the police on me. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. I strongly believe they took advantage of me because I am a refugee and not fluent in English. This place is dishonest and abusive. I regret ever trusting them and will make sure no one else from my community makes the same mistake.

Scheduled an appointment for an inspection for a roaring sound coming from the car. The person who…read morehelped me upon entering (was welcoming) did not disclose any cost for the service. They quoted me just under $3,000 to change the gaskets, replace the catalytic convertor, and a myriad of other parts and services related to replacing the exhaust system. They also recommended I change the spark plugs. I had new spark plugs installed less than 100 miles earlier. When I asked them about this, they said it was only a "mileage based recommendation". Why should I trust any of their other diagnoses if they wanted $205 to replace spark plugs I just had installed? When I declined the service, the guy assisting me at the counter requested $49 "to throw at the technician". Not wanting an argument at the counter, I paid and figured I'd dispute the charges later. They put on a good front with the bottled water, shuttle service, and Biblical references on their website. They seem to have forgotten Matthew 22:39; the first verse they quote..."Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself" I was able to go to a local shop and they welded/fixed the flex pipe for $120 without any of the BS.

I took it to another shop for another diagnostic and they say the fix will cost thousands. At this point the cost of these repairs is more than the car is worth. If All Pro had diagnosed the problem correctly the first time I never would have agreed to their fixes. I contacted them to see if I could get some reimbursement for their failed work, or a reduced rate on further repairs and they declined both. They did manage to not fix my car in less than a day though, so I'll give them a star for that!

That worked, but only held for a day. I called back and Pete said to bring it right back in, and they'd run the diagnostic. We had elected not to do that the first time, hoping that recharging the system would do the trick. Got it back in, and the condenser was bad. Because it's a Hybrid, the part was only available from Toyota -- it took overnight to get the part, and they had it back up and running the next morning. Replacing this part also required dropping the front bumper, in order to reach it, so it wasn't a real easy job. They discounted the repair for the cost of the previous days' recharge, since it didn't hold long. Pricing was reasonable given the difficulty in replacement, and they got the work done very quickly.

In the same day as diagnosis they were able to replace the back brake calipers, pads and rotors, a faulty tpms sensor and rotate the tires. Very friendly service, Trevor was great with communication.
