I've lived here for 2 1/2 years a year and a half under ownership of The Port Of Siuslaw and it's been an ongoing battle just to get them to follow landlord tenant laws. And they have no problem, violating your right to privacy or allowing other people to violate your right to privacy. A relative of the port manager who lives in the park, Port Of Siuslaw Cushman is being allowed to illegally survey me with electronic cameras posted at a different neighbors. Space and the Port manager has access to the view for this camera and is doing nothing about the illegal activity against me. this violates ORS 163.700 and ORS 163.701 because of ORS 163A.005. Also ORS 165.540. They are using this person and their cameras to try and find a way to evict me instead of following the landlord tenant laws. They shut down our laundry room almost a year ago. They shut down the women's bathroom for five straight days without providing alternative means to use the facility. Let's just say it's a terrible place to live and a terrible place to visit. And has refused to accommodate reasonable accommodations for a medical condition.

And then last week, I found the exact used car I've been looking for now for a few months, and every one of the folks I talked to in the process of "making the deal" have been just amazing. My well-tuned built-in BS Sensor still works very well, and the needle didn't even wiggle the whole time! These folks are my friends and neighbors here and I was treated as one of them. On this particular car, a like-new 2016 Ford Edge, my out the door cost was nearly identical to the figure I had in mind would be my offer, so no haggling was involved. The whole transaction was a pleasant interchange. The staff (that I met there, about five of them) all live here on the beautiful Oregon Coast, some all their lives, they seem to know everybody in town, and when I left there with my new ride I felt more like I'd just shared a get-together with neighbors than having survived a car purchase. After drying left horrible streaks and large areas of not even washed. Spent a full day making our rv look better as it was worse then when they started!!! After an on-site appraisal, Tiffany said it would be a 5 hour job with a crew of 4 and it would cost between $500-600. I felt her price was extremely fair so we hired her and her crew for a full move-out clean including shampooing the carpets. She arrived on-time and did a perfectly adequate job with what WAS cleaned. Her crew missed the top of the fridge, the chandeliers, the recessed lights, the bathroom cabinets, bathroom window sill, left a pile of garbage in the garage and failed to shampoo the carpets. We did a walk through together and she invoiced me for $840. I commented that it was higher than her bid and she said she had to hire additional crew. I was fine with that because I was more concerned with the place being clean and ready for my tenant who was planning to move in that evening. I paid Tiffany $840 cash and she said she would return that evening to finish the tasks that weren't done, including shampoo the carpets. My tenant graciously waited from 6:30 pm to 8:50pm that evening and needless to say, Tiffany had some sort of personal issue, some unprofessional communication occurred and she did not return that night to finish the job. My tenant was moving in so I made arrangements to have someone else complete the job. I asked Tiffany to refund me the cost of the carpet cleaning and she did. If you hire Tiffany at Just A Little Cleaner, LLC because the cleaning she does is fine, be sure to get your bid in writing and I just wouldn't pay her until the job is completely finished.
