We spent the entire day in Toledo waiting for the car to be finished, only to get a phone call at 5:15 (they close at 6) to be told that the car was not done. Husband goes into the shop and says he wants a refund because they didn't complete the job, and the guy (PZL) said he wouldn't refund the $670 charge. What?!
