She also cussed me out because I said their customer service was horrible and said "Fuck you, Bye Felicia". I genuinely cannot make this up. I don't know if that lady thinks she's on Bad Girls Club, or if she knows that she's supposed to be service provider, because someone needs to put soap in her mouth. You can tell everyone that works in that shop does whatever they want and are very shady people. I sent my MacBook Pro laptop to have my computer repaired in September 2012. The company's…read moretechnician, Adam Marshall, said he would have it repaired for me. Mr. Marshall never followed up with me, I had to constantly contact him. In February 2013, he said he mailed my repaired computer back to me. I never received it. I contacted him several times but he wouldn't give me a tracking number for the shipment. I demanded a replacement laptop. He said he would get one to me right away. It is now June 2013 and I have not received a computer or any follow up from Mr. Marshall. DO NOT trust Midwest Technology Solutions or Adam Marshall! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND STEAL YOUR COMPUTER!!!
