I have been coming to car spa for 7-8 years... since i moved here. I have moved different cities in the area and will drive way across town, pass up other car washes for this place. They now make you sit in your car and go through the car wash. If i wanted to do that, i would drive thru myself somewhere else. I am not sure what the point of that is now. Two employees could not provide an answer. I am claustrophobic and purposely do not do drive thrus for that purpose. I asked to talk to the manager, and was told he's busy sorry. This is the second and last time I will use this car wash. I paid for the interior and exterior service. It was not really busy at the time, but it took an hour and ten minutes to complete. When the truck was ready, I went to get in and they did not vacuum or clean the seats or the console tray and the dashboard had not been cleaned. I called the manager over, and he was not happy with the guy who pulled the truck out, so I had to wait for them to redo the truck. The second time the guy put so much armor all on the floor mats that it made it hard to use the gas pedal and brake. Three other customers complained about their service as well. read more

I was pleasantly surprised today. I came here about a month ago and the place was busy. I waited an hour and when I went out to my car it was still dirty. I was pretty aggravated as I was due to pick my friend up from the airport. The manager gave me a card to get a free detail and I waited till today to use it. I have 3 children under 4. I tell you this so that you can visualize how the car might be. We also recently went to the beach.... When I pulled up today I really didn't have much confidence. They told me it would be an hour wait. I drank coffee and used their wifi. I witnessed 4 people cleaning my car. I think that the difference today was that they didn't feel so rushed. They were methodical. When I went out to the car I was very happy. Smells good, looks good and they collected up all the stray coins. I would go back here again. read more

I have used them for awhile and they used to be very good. Certainly the set up is good. Comfortable waiting. But I've had a rash of trouble with them lately and I'm done. First, I go to get my car and note that my driver's side carpet is missing. This is a Mercedes so it isn't cheap to replace. I talk to them and they tell me it wasn't there to begin with which is simply not true. So then they take my name and promise that when it turns up they will return it or they will make good on it. Well... I had to pester them and make threats about complaining. Suddenly they "find" the carpet and they put it back in my car. Fine. A little later, they scrape the plastic off my steering wheel buttons! Ok. I know there's nothing they are going to do about that so I didn't even say anything. But here's the icing on the cake. My carpet is never quite right since they "found" my floor mat. I get down to make sure they are secured right. It is a floor mat from another Mercedes and is about an inch narrower than my original. On the Mercedes there are little posts that hold the mat down and there is no way the holes in the carpet line up with the posts. It is a shame, because I generally liked coming here with both my cars. But never ever again.They were defensive and rude and clearly didn't want to own up to a mistake for a few hundred dollars. So they took someone else's mat. Makes me wonder if they took mine to replace someone else's? Very bad. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my Toyota Sienna in for an oil change and they ruined my engine. The oil leaked out and my engine seized. I called and went to the store a combination of 7 times over a four day period before I was able to speak to the area manager Manny. My husband got his oil changed yesterday at 6:45pm right before they closed. At 10, his car overheated in the parking lot of a store nearby. I had to pick him up and leave his car there. Newest; Well, I just made my last trip to Car Spa, I've been coming here every month for 11 years and I always pay extra for the exterior treatment to shine the plastic on the bumpers/tailgate. Now they say they'll not do ti because it fades the plastic, NO THE SUN FADES THE PLASTIC!! GM should have used better plastic but choose not to. The associate named Nick, had done such a great job paying attention to all the details before sending the vehicle inside the wash. He made sure the rear wiper was taped off, the antenna was secured and even pushed in the side mirrors. Some places just ask you what you want and send you on without checking anything. I came to Car Spa for a quick oil change before taking a trip out of town. I normally go to another lube place but since my car was coated with pollen, I thought the free exterior car wash might be worth taking advantage of. No one tried to sell me anything but they did go over the options with me. I opted for the basic oil change and free exterior wash and was out in less than 45 minutes with a clean shiny car. FYI -- You pay for the services when you're car is ready as opposed to paying beforehand as some of the other car wash/service centers have you do. Car Spa does a great job. I recently got the interior of my car thoroughly cleaned and it looked amazing! Interior packages come with a exterior wash, which also looked great! I have a new dent in the side of my car and after it was all cleaned up and shined, you could barely see it! My only complaints would be that the "new car" scent I requested didn't really smell like anything....and the women's bathroom was gross. But there's lots of seating, coffee, and snacks to purchase while you wait. Probably not the best car wash in existence, but a good one. read more

Got my oil changed 9/25/19 and they showed me my cabin air filter , which was very dirty, leaves, dirt,etc. Had to have work done at Mazda dealership today, 1028/19 and they showed me my air filter and it looked exactly like it did at Car Spa prior to them replacing it. Went to Car Spa to tell them I didnt think the filter had been replaced. Mgr said it could get that dirty in 30 days. Bull! I get the air filter replaced every 6-12 months. I asked for refund on labor and parts and to have a filter installed. The mgr said "it doesn't work that way". He again said it got that dirty in 30 days. Have used Car Spa for over 10 yrs. Very nice and clean waiting area, with complimentary coffee and play area for kids. The staffs are very nice, and let you know the wait time before you leave your car. They finished cleaning the car as the promised time. I was in and out within 45 mins. My car was clean very well, the exterior was great. However, they didn't wipe the back of the two front seats. I just got my car back from being at "the shop" for 2 weeks and it was a mess! I needed a quick wash because was on crunch for time, and seriously too hot to wash myself right now. I purchased the 17.00 exterior wash and it was worth every penny! The employee that helped me was super nice even when I was being a dum dum and instead of putting car in neutral I put it in park. ORRRR when he was using the brush to wash my window and I forgot to turn of the windshield wipers and he totally got sprayed. He was still smiling and being helpful. This was my first time here so didn't realize that as soon as you come out the wash they have someone there with towels to dry your car! I'm sorry but I had no idea so my excitement was over pouring to me even tipping him because that was the business! My car was perfectly clean and sparkling all the way down to my "shoes" (for those that don't know: rims/tires. Your welcome ;) ) Also the previous car wash place I had been going too I had the worst experience, and I had a suggestion for them so other customers wouldn't have to go threw what I went threw, and this place executes that perfectly (picture attached for clarification). Area to pull the car to the side and unhook the baby seats, where they can drive the car through. There are clean bathrooms with a changing table. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase, nothing specifically healthy, just convenience store stuff. They missed a few spots in the car but were able to remove makeup foundation stains!! They broke my mirror in the car wash, and said them at they would replace it. After getting a call from the manager, I came in to get it replaced. I have now been here for 2 hours. Every time another car comes in they stop replacing the mirror. I will not be returning to CarSpa. Also got an oil change during my first visit and they claim to check all fluids. My car overheated on the way home because there was no coolant. My bad for letting it get that way, but it was something they said they had checked and was full. read more

He's not just supervising he is actually out there in the heat cleaning cars! He's nice and if you have any issues with your service, talk to him and he can resolve the problem. Always get my oil change here and full service car wash. Customer service is always excellent. I like the interior spacious waiting area and cool ac. Pretty reasonable wait too.. Complaints: car wash is never that great, even when you buy the expensive packages, I never feel that it's a great job and they miss a lot of things, not really detailed. In the past I have loved this location. Lately the staff effort is lacking, poor time management, they give poor time estimates, they do not follow through on what was paid for, and the patrons are smoking next to open cars and smoking in building door ways. No adherence to 25 feet from doors (plus no signs). I am very displeased that smoke was able to blow directly in to my open doors. Stopped in to gas up as the sign said $2.15 per gallon of regular. No where did it say "$2.15 with car wash or $2.15 cash price." Just $2.15 per gallon. Inserted the pump, pressed start and looked to be sure the price was $2.15. Filled up and the total was $52.52. I was charged $2.95 per gallon! I was outraged, however, I was running late for a meeting and decided I would call them to question this. Of course, no one answers and I was unable to leave a message. Yesterday's service was atrocious. I was upsold to the Platinum Plus and I expected a clean vehicle when compete but got a job my 4 year old could have delivered. Dirt lines were all over the vehicle and it just needed a cloth to wipe it off. After walking through the pick up and having the attendant wipe down the vehicle. I was frustrated and took it to a local car wash and did it myself. The interior was no better so lesson learned. 45 minutes waiting and $32 at Car Spa was a waste of time and money. 20 minutes and $6 spent at a car wash doing it myself was 1000% better. Today I decided to try car spa in Webster. I was explained the entire monthly package system as well as one time washes. In the end I picked the ultimate monthly package. I waited about an hour and a half for my car to be cleaned spotless! Love the inside waiting area and my freshly cleaned car! Customer service was good as well. Been coming here for years. Not always a good job. Sometimes a poor job but they try to correct. This last, they couldn't remove my antenna by hand so they used pliers and stripped off paint and scraped metal. In raising my concern to the manager, his response was, "that's what happens when we have to use pliers and there is metal on metal contact. I don't know what else to say."
