If there were ZERO stars I'd give that rating. I waited for 20 minutes for the "convenience" of self serve and was met by a service clerk who told me "we can't take any credit cards. All of our computers are down!" Yet people are being ushered into the car wash right and left! They tout their services to corporate clients yet they can't process an American Express? I'll never waste my time here. A gas station car wash is better than this crap! read more

In the past I have loved this location. Lately the staff effort is lacking, poor time management, they give poor time estimates, they do not follow through on what was paid for, and the patrons are smoking next to open cars and smoking in building door ways. No adherence to 25 feet from doors (plus no signs). I am very displeased that smoke was able to blow directly in to my open doors. Now I have a car with less than 7k miles that smells like smoke. read more

Stopped in to gas up as the sign said $2.15 per gallon of regular. No where did it say "$2.15 with car wash or $2.15 cash price." Just $2.15 per gallon. Inserted the pump, pressed start and looked to be sure the price was $2.15. Filled up and the total was $52.52. I was charged $2.95 per gallon! I was outraged, however, I was running late for a meeting and decided I would call them to question this. Of course, no one answers and I was unable to leave a message. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT ON THIS PLACE. TOTAL FALSE ADVERTISING AND I WILL BE FILING FURTHER COMPLAINTS. Shame on you Car Spa. read more

I only take my vehicle here!! The guys cleaning have really good attention to detail and are very thorough! I love, Brooke the receptionist!! She is very professional and courteous! read more

Yesterday's service was atrocious. I was upsold to the Platinum Plus and I expected a clean vehicle when compete but got a job my 4 year old could have delivered. Dirt lines were all over the vehicle and it just needed a cloth to wipe it off. After walking through the pick up and having the attendant wipe down the vehicle. I was frustrated and took it to a local car wash and did it myself. The interior was no better so lesson learned. 45 minutes waiting and $32 at Car Spa was a waste of time and money. 20 minutes and $6 spent at a car wash doing it myself was 1000% better. Stay away from the Car Spa Hustle. read more

My husband took his car there. Poor service... it is not worthy... they should have some strong lights to see all the dirty into and out the car... when they brought the car to the outside area after cleaning under shade area we could realized the car was not so clean. read more

I just had 2 cars detailed. I am. Speechless. They both look like they just came off a showroom floor for a third off the price off other detailers I have used. I even called them to express my thanks for such great service...prices and end product. I have been using detailers in the seabrook area for 6 years. Nothing comes close to what these guys do. Congratulations to the Car Spa team and a major shout out to Brandon, who I spoke to personally to express my gratitude and to Juan. FANTASTIC customer service at even better prices does exist. Give these guys a go. I promise you will not be disappointed. Steve read more

Today I decided to try car spa in Webster. I was explained the entire monthly package system as well as one time washes. In the end I picked the ultimate monthly package. I waited about an hour and a half for my car to be cleaned spotless! Love the inside waiting area and my freshly cleaned car! Customer service was good as well. I will definitely be around more often. read more

Carspa has such customer service the manager was the friendliest and the cashiers were professional the whole atmosphere was welcoming and my car looked like new will definitely be coming back soon. read more

Utterly pointless exercise in frustration. Car not cleaned in time promised, morning wasted. As an added bonus car now stinks of BO. Would rather have root canal than return to this complete CF. read more

The car wash it self does a good job washing your car for the price. I've been coming here for years. But one day they broke my door handle & didn't even tell me. I went back up there & the manager (Ahmed) told me I'd need to speak w a manager (Manuel) I called & went up there for a month & couldn't get a manager to help me. & several times when I called they told me a Manuel doesn't work there. A month and a half later when I finally found them up there they refused to pay for my door handle, saying it would have been impossible for any of them to have broken it. They were very rude & condescending. Terrible management!!! Zero accountability. read more

I've been here a couple times for both an oil change and car wash. Besides having competitive prices and a comfortable waiting area, I've been floored by one employee - Ryan, in the maintenance shop. He's always been friendly and helped explain what exactly I'm paying for and what it's supposed to do - no BSing here. He keeps the up selling to a minimum and does a great job. Keep him around and I'll never have a complaint!! read more

Great value, great wash, great service! Even better if you can score a coupon from somewhere.

They won't honor your Splash Back Rewards!! False advertising!! Wish I could give 0 star rating...

what happen to car spa?!? I used to love coming here- they would do such a good job but not anymore... I just spent 5 minutes wiping my car off with their towels since they did such a poor job. will not be returning. read more

Been coming here for years. Not always a good job. Sometimes a poor job but they try to correct. This last, they couldn't remove my antenna by hand so they used pliers and stripped off paint and scraped metal. In raising my concern to the manager, his response was, "that's what happens when we have to use pliers and there is metal on metal contact. I don't know what else to say." This is the last time I use this company. read more

I went in for a vehicle inspection and came out with that plus my windshield dings repaired and a clean car. I drove up and found Roland which took care of me. He fixed my windshield dings for a reasonable price. With that purchase, I got a $12.99 valued car wash and a vacuum service for free. They do such a good job at car spa. I didn't even have to take out my trash first, they did that for me. Then I got $5 off my vehicle inspection with the receipt from the ding repair. As I was leaving, Roland ensured that my windshield was clean as a final check. The car spa is my new car wash station. read more

The idea is for them to give you a cleaner car back... Nope my car actually was dirtier... I ended up cleaning it myself. I waited 2 hours for a dirtier car. Next time I'll just wash it myself at home and only spend about 15 dollars on stuff doing it and about 1 hour or less. This place is a joke. read more

How wonderful! I picked a oil change and full wash service! everything was very good!

I tried it out :) I am pretty happy with the service and my car is super clean! I went and had lunch at Thai Spice (awesome curry btw) so that was nice. It did take 2 hours (reason for 4 stars) but I had work to do so that didn't bother me. I would go again, just not on my lunch hour! read more

The best place to have your car washed, inspected, and oil change! The manager is so nice and makes sure everything runs great! You can relax inside with free coffee while you wait. The prices are great too! read more

Don't go here unless you want to get robbed. Went for a basic $29.99 oil change, was charged $35 extra for synthetic oil and was not even told. My total was $65 and I didn't even know until I received the receipt and needed to pay. The manager, Jeremy, was a total joke and wouldn't give a discount or anything despite me not giving consent to use synthetic oil and be charged an extra $35. I know it was because I'm a female, but this is ridiculous. Go somewhere else, seriously. read more

Amazing customer service! These guys really go the extra mile and their prices are excellent. The Manager Ryan V is the best. They have earned my business and I will be returning for all my car care needs. Great job! read more

First time here. Came to get an oil change and detail. I knew I didn't need a full oil change just to top it off but the guy explained after checking my oil to not due so for another 1000 miles and save my money. Also asked manager in charge of detail about getting stains out of my seats in the truck. He suggested using a steam cleaner first rather than spending $200.00. They still topped off my windshield fluid and I still got basic detail. Overall express delightful and I appreciate a staff that tells the truth rather than ripping people off. Definitely coming back. read more

I got a car wash just yesterday. I know, I know, you're wondering why I would do such a crazy thing due to the nonstop rainfall we've been experiencing. Well, let me placate you with my explanation. Sure, they run it through the automatic exterior wash and it looks sparkling clean for a few seconds before I get rain marks. However, what has your mother told you all your life? "It's what's on the inside that counts!" Well, how true that is. The interior was filthy (quit judging me, I said "THE interior," not "MY interior," I was awesome enough to take someone else's car to get a special cleanse); regardless of how the outside was going to look within moments of leaving due to the possibility of rain, the interior needed the TLC. Really needed it. So, I took it to Car Spa (as I usually do) because they have always done a great job in the past and they didn't fail me this time either. They weren't as busy as they typically were, of course (I shouldn't have to remind you about the rain), so it was an extra thorough clean. The gentleman even took the time out to recommend a carpet shampoo next time because it's a little dirty (he's so polite). I got the Interior Super Clean package for ~$44 but spent only ~$30 because they (almost) always have 30% off coupons on their website, carspa.net (yes, .net, I double checked for you, you're welcome). PRINT it out, though - and stuff it in your pocket (or neatly fold it, whichever) - your memory will thank me for this later. Don't try the Hobby Lobby approach by pulling out your phone. It won't work. However, if in 2016 you don't have a printer, don't fret; you can also find their little car spa coupons at many local businesses around the area. Oh shoot, did that coupon expire in May of 1985? No worries, mate, they'll accept that coupon even if it came from the neanderthal from the Geico commercials. So go on, go get your car washed. Believe me, you need it. Pedro says your carpet is a little dirty. Car Spa will do a great job. :) read more

This place I highly recommend customer service outstanding these people went above and beyond to get my vehicle to the satisfaction that I think was higher than most carwashes I've ever been to and did a lot of extra stuff and did not charge me these people are hard workers highly recommend I am glad that I did not pay attention to the petty reviews this place was given and this is the best carwash I've had thanks to Jason and ahmed read more

The staff was nice and the guy who dried the car, cleaned inside up, shined up the tires and cleaned the windows did his part & was adequate so I tipped him because I can't blame him that the car wasn't completely cleaned & i didn't expect him to hand wash it. I think the Car Spa should invest in a different type of Spa or cleaning Bay, the one they have isn't the best and if it weren't for the hard working staff after your car leaves the washing bay customers would truly complain often. I have a GMC Acadia and I take it to a $10 touchless car wash in Pearland and I don't have to do anything other than clean my interior when I get out of that bay, so I was completely confused as to why my Nissan Maxima had places which were obviously untouched and also touched too hard, the man said it looked like oh maybe someone opened their car door and hit mine, well that's impossible as I just purchased the car and have not parked near any other cars other than my GMC which no one entered, I'm sure it was the car wash bay or someones shammy wasn't clean, since it wasn't the worse scratch and nothing to make a scene over I just thought I should suggest as I read that others seem to have mysterious scratches occur also, Car Spa should look into touch less car wash bay or softer cloths in the car wash bay and for staff to be sure they are shaking out shammys or not using interior shammys on outside of cars like if they have just cleaned the dash board or cup holders don't wipe down the outside of car they could have picked up some debris which could scratch the car or if they shammy door jams be careful to clean or use another shammy because that shammy may have debris which can scratch a car. And maybe after so many cars the shammy should be rinsed out or not used; not sure what would work best. Overall I would say for $28.99, umm if majority of that money goes to the guy outside in the sun busting his butt then I'm ok, with it but since I'm sure it doesn't I'm not OK, with that price for the results because for a 15 minute drive to Pearland, $10 and a few drops of my own sweat I could have achieved way better results. I know you get great reviews and you are other wise doing a great job & I don't take that from your company. I'm not angry,or seeking anything because in reading the reviews I was on the fence and had a feeling things could turn out 50/50, Thank God for Yelp!!! Wishing your business many blessings continued growth and success! read more

I like how they keep your car's information so you don't have to tell them each time you go. They also provide all the services you need for your car, but I didn't like how they kept trying to sell me stuff just because I was a girl. It started to annoy me when I kept having to say no. I keep up with my cars and I do the necessary maintenance and tuneups so I knew I didn't need all the stuff they were trying to sell me. But overall they are convenient. read more

There was an awful odor - like the smell of something that died - coming through the vents of my car. It got worse over the last few days so I went to car spa desperate for a solution. Ahmed was fabulous! He opened the hood of my car and looked underneath only to discover a dead mouse trapped under my hood. He put on gloves, wrapped a cloth around his face, tossed the rodent and the trash. Then, he sprayed the interior over and above the fragrance with my cleaning package. It solved the odor problem thank goodness! His service was priceless...thank you again Ahmed & Car Spa!!! read more

Took my car here for an oil change and wash. The folks were friendly and the waiting area is exceedingly comfortable. Of course, they tried to upsell me some stuff I don't want, like fuel injector flushing or some such. My kingdom for an oil change with no upsell! Unfortunately, I have come to the opinion that this does not exist. read more

Engaging and pleasant staff; extremely good service - Andy Graham did a wonderful job to get rid of the cigarette smoke and pet odor in my truck by recommending an ozone treatment. Never knew Car Spa offered the treatment to eliminate those strong odors. Hats off to Andy and his fellow co-workers! Great team over there. Will certainly be back! read more

Never coming here again. All I wanted was the inside wiped down. I have a brand new truck off the lot. It doesn't need "the new car smell", it has the new car smell. It just had some mud around the doors from climbing in and out. They said my car was ready and all the did was run it through the automated wash. There was still dust on the dash. Save your money and run it through a gas station carwash before taking it to carspa. An elementary student fundraising carwash would be more quality than this place. read more

I am not satisfied with their overall service, but I do believe they sort of tried to give good customer service. Because it is machine wash and not hand wash, all the bug splatter on the front of my car is still there. As they were wiping down the car, some of their blue cloth got stuck in the headlights. They even blamed me for it, which I was not happy with. After I made some noise, they offered to have me come in the next day and take out the headlights and remove the tiny blue cloth that is now permanently jammed into the headlights, but for obvious reasons I will not be coming here again. read more

Car Spa - Blue cloth that is now permanently jammed in headlights after they dried it. Maybe better quality cloth would have prevented it. - Car Wash Near Me - Webster, Texas

Had the "Full Service Silver Package" done after inspection - the photos tell you all you need to know. Tons of dirt and grime left both inside and outside. And they forgot the air freshener. Oh - and now there is a mysterious scratch on the rear bumper with the paint chipped off. They claim no responsibility, yet it was fine before it went through their machine. I don't plan on going back unless I want to wait an hour and then go home to re-wash my car. read more

Wonderful service and every single employee I came in contact with greeted me and made sure I was ok. Stellar job with minimal wait times (only 2 hours for a full detail including car shampoo and leather conditioning). Be sure to bring cash for tip. It's not included when you pay with card. $228 for an oil change hand wash and a full interior cleaning. I wanted my seats steam cleaned. Besides the truck still being muddy, the interior was muddy in spots, door panels still muddy, and exterior still muddy. Of course I'm not happy. I pay your for a service and you half ass it. Both of my vehicles got half assed. Just leave it with us sir we will take care of it. NO should of did it right the first time. Your business logic of quantity over quality sucks. Greatest car wash around the clear lake area. Prices are great, service is fast, and the crew is nice.

I have used CarSpa many times for a car wash and the do a good job at a fair price. The same is true for state inspections. Buyer beware of their oil change service. I took my 2009 Corolla in for an oil and oil filter change one week ago. They put 6 quarts of oil in the crankcase, when the max fill with new filter is 4.4 quarts for a 2009 Corolla. So glad I checked the oil level when I got home. I drained the excess oil from the crankcase. read more
