It doesn't matter if you pay for the deluxe, super, or plain old car wash. You get the same result for each. Mediocre at best. They love to wipe the outside for HOURS. You get in and it's been half cleaned!I keep thinking "this time surely it will be better " never happens. Need to find a new place. read more

NEVER AGAIN! Unless you have time to WASTE and nothing better to do this place is not for you!!! I waited an hour and 45 minutes, until I finally had to leave...and with ALL that time the interior dash and console had not been touched. I went on a Tuesday at 11am...I had NO IDEA it would or could take that long for an incomplete job. I did not purchase a super detail package, and maybe on a Saturday you could wait that long...but on a TUESDAY?!?!?!? The workers were slow and would stop to talk and joke frequently. Worst Service Ever! I would give this business 0 Stars if I could. I took my car to be washed and it was returned to me with a white haze over the radio console and temperature knobs. I immediately told a supervisor who admitted they used a compound on the plastic that was not meant for plastic. I filled out a complaint form and was told the owner would contact me right away. No one ever contacted me and I was never able to talk to a manager or owner when I called or went in. I filed a complaint with BBB. Car Spa responded saying I brought it in that way. I had someone with me who attested that it was not brought in that way and the supervisor admitted to the mistake. All I asked for was for an owner to call me to discuss the issue and a reasonable solution. The owner does not care about customer service and conducts bad business. I will NEVER go there again, and DO NOT recommend anyone else ever go there either. read more

They get 2 stars just because they do a decent job on the outside. They have this infatuation with changing a $2 over size charge no matter the car/truck size. Also they love adding armor all all over including the steering wheel. The guy & the desk is horrible. I recently dropped off my truck to get washed and left behind my phone number. I got a call @ 6:15pm that it was ready for pick up. I drove over to pick up and when I went to pay the guy says "cash only". I asked why and he said he closes his register @ 6pm. I asked why in the world he would do that being that he still had customers to pay & pick up after 6. He had no response. He proceeded to charge me & did not give me a receipt either. Do not take your vehicle here for "detailing". I asked for the interior to be "professionally detailed". I should have known what I was getting into when I saw the shop vac and a brush with a bucket of water. After my auto interior was "professionally" detailed, the kid that did it smiled and held his hand out for a tip. I looked at the seats and carpet and they still had stains (no tip was given). Not to mention the worst part is the seats and carpet were soaking wet. So bad that a smell has developed and mold starting growing. It is obvious that this place is a car wash place and NOT A PROFESSIONAL CAR DETAILER. I rarely give 1 star but this place deserves it, very bad and very expensive. I will just go to San Antonio next time to get my car detailed properly at an actual Detail Shop. read more

The absolute worst services I have ever spent money on. I arrived one evening 15 minutes before closing time and they refused to do an oil change or a car wash. I came back on a Sunday at 1:15 and asked them how long it would take to get an oil change and a car wash. They told me an hour and a half. Three and a half hours later i was still waiting. When I got the car they failed to clean the specific areas I had pointed out to them when I first got there. (There was a coffee spill on the console.) It was still there four hours later when I drove out of the place. Would highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere. On top of all that the counter help was unresponsive, spend most her time away from the front desk and was surly when she was there. I would rate it a minus (-)10 on a scale of one to ten. read more

This place is horrible! The service is pathetic and the job is not well done. After my sister complained to the manager that the inside was not cleaned he told us that if we wanted a good job we had to pay the $50 car detailing. Aside from that, the manager called an employee to dump WATER on the inside of her car to "clean" it. I don't know how he got the manager position but he and all the staff has horrible customer service and they do a horrendous job. Don't ever go here. They don't even deserve the one star read more

I waited 5 hours to get my truck washed. Not detailed, just wash and vacuum. Their excuse, "we had a lot of cars today". It's a Saturday with clear skies...plan accordingly. More personnel working efficiently. Plus it's not cheap service, but pricey. read more
