I love the customer service at this location! I always love speaking with Della every chance I get and recently spoke with a new person, Zedrick, great addition! Only thing I did find wrong was there is no shade for the employees working outside, and one was pregnant. It's over 100 on a daily, please shade them, and sometimes the water smells. read more

I have been in the car wash industry for over 10 years and this is a tragic example of folks NOT knowing what they are doing. At best you get a poor wash at A Huge Cost and at worst you can experience serious damage and/or collision (they load the cars too tightly-even when not necessary). NOT WORTH THE RISK - do without a wash or find a self-serve. Chemicals are way off (risk to paint), the water has not been titrated (chems don't work when water isn't soft!) and the dryers are not timed and positioned appropriately. INSIST ON A REFUND IF NOT SATISFIED! However, a new, automatic wash is coming to the area just in time to save the day before year end! Fear NOT consumer - you WILL have a cost-effective and safe choice soon! Gotta love capitalism. read more

I honestly dont even want to give them not even one star. I went to the Blue Wave in Mission off Shary Rd. I always have a hard time putting in the card oor cash in the slots cuz I'm so short. The manager, mind you, THE MANAGER was standing right there next to the money machine to put in my money and I asked him nicely if he could please put the money in for me cuz i always have a hard time. He tells me, "No, just get closer". I was in shock and I told him "you are so rude!" When he realized that he messed up then that's when he told me, "i'll goo ahead and do it" i told him no and just to get away. Maybe he was having a bad day but don't take it out on your customer. I have a membership here. It's good for a quick wash. My beef with it is the blowers at the end of the tunnel are not blowing in the right directions and the car has to be wiped upon exit, or its will have major spotting! The staff always is friendly. There are always enough vacuums available. The vacuums always work. The tram does a pretty good job maintaining this property. read more

I had a bad experience. I paid $12.95 for a car wash. I hoped to have a decent car wash with my truck. When exiting the car wash a lot of soap was left on my truck. The front windshield and windows were covered in soap as well as front side of the truck. I parked in the vacuum section and asked to talk to someone. One of the attendees standing nearby reluctantly came over. I asked if I could run again through the car wash to get a better rinse? He quickly stated NO. Mr. Israel "the manager" stated that "all trucks have the same problem. You just have to bring a towel next time and clean it up yourself. This is not a detailed car wash so deal with it!" WOW!! Absolute worse experience ever. The belt broke near the end and my car hit the car in front of me and the car behind me hit me. I had to push on my brake because the belt was pushing our cars. The machine got stuck at the end. They tried to say the person had their breaks on but they did not I was behind them there was zero brake lights Then my car was just as dirty as when I went in the wash and that's because I got their most expensive wash. When I mentioned it and had to get a manager, Alex, he was very rude and arrogant. He tried to tell me my car is stained. My windshield was the worse and it is not stained. I go to car washes too often and don't let anything set and my car has come out cleaner at cheaper $5 places. He said I could run it through again I said no because it didn't work the first time why would I trust it a second time. I asked for my money back he was not so nice at telling me no. He said I pay for the service and he refused to give me a refund so I could go elsewhere to a place that actually got the car clean. I'm sorry I pay for the service? I pay a CAR WASH and that service is WASHING MY CAR AND GETTING IT CLEAN. Are you kidding me? I've tried to reach corporate to complain without success. Avoid this place your money is better spent elsewhere. Plus he didn't even care that my car got hit. He did offer to wash my car himself but never came back even though I said yes please do. It's bad enough to not car at the level of service on the actual wash but to be a manager and NOT care that your customers car got hit and messed up is just insane. Shame on him. read more

It was quick. Paid for most expensive wash but car came out pretty dirty. Would only use in a pinch.

The first time I took my truck to wash i payed for the 12 or 16 dollar wash can't really remember but any how it didn't wash my tires,wheels or my tail gate.So I go a second time and I tell them that the first time it didn't wash my tires or my tailgate so she's says ok we will adjust it or sumthing so I just get the 6 dollar wash.Well the guy guides me in and for some reason it looks like his having trouble which looked like he was trying to hook my truck from under neath or sumthing well he says to put it on neutral so I did so there I am going and my steering wheel starts to move alot and really hard i didn't experience that the first time I went threw we'll next thing I see the guy waving his arms i open the window and he says what are u doing am like what are u talking about he says u hit the car in front cuz I have it on drive am like what the f**k are u kidding me it's on neutral so I look out and all them brushes were wrapped around my tires and my wheels so where I had to force my truck out I scratched both of my wheels from the left side of my truck.So the guy was insisting and telling the driver from the other car that i had it on drive when I did not so I told him he better stop saying that cuz his is really pissing me off worst.So plz ppl becareful with this car washes cuz when sumthing goes wrong they are ready to blame sumone else then to take responsability.And by the reviews i am reading i don't think they will pay for my damages so wish me luck and no more bluewave car washes for me. read more

My husband went into the carwash with his windshield intact and came out with a huge crack. Their procedures were subpar as they made him come back in 24 hrs so they could review their surveillance videos, which showed that it was, in fact, intact before he went in and cracked once he came out. After returning, he was once again told to return the next day as another person would check the videos. Then, he was asked to return again, so that another person could review the video and examine the damage. After returning for the 3rd time since the initial occurrence, he was once again informed that they would need 24 hrs to give him their decision. At this point, we're both already bothered because not only are they wasting our time making us come back for different inspections, we feel like they're just giving us the "run around." Rick Fuentes finally called my husband and told him, "My machine is not strong enough to damage anything." And that was that. No apologies given. He agreed that the video showed no crack before the carwash, but insinuated that my husband lied about the whole incident. Maybe corporate needs to invest in better service recovery and train their staff better how to handle situations as this. read more
