When I reached out to the owner, he got incredibly aggressive and got in my face attempting to intimidate me by saying he was going to call the police. I actually called the police on the business and filed a report. DO NOT COME HERE. Owners are disrespectful and don't take responsibility. You're better off going through a drive-thru car wash. read more

This is the best place in the valley to get a car wash. they do an AMAZING job on the interior and exterior. the car is always spotless. my ONLY request is that the owner gives an option to tip the works when you pay with card, no one carries cash anymore. would love to be able to tip these workers for their amazing job when I don't have cash on me. other than that I cannot recommend this place enough! amazing job guys! read more

I'm from out of town found this place on google saw a few bad reviews but it was sunday and to danm hot to wash my new car on my own. so I gave them a try. Mind you in today's day and age everyone want's perfection at little price that's not how thing's work. Auto Spa took there time with my car on a simple carwash with tire shine. Now in Chicago where I'm from 25.00 gets you a carwash and vacuum and be happy you got that. Auto Spa made my car look like it did when I drove it off the showroom floor a year ago August. (( I highly recommend Auto Spa )) fyi if you're car is a turd to begin with don't expect a miracle, but I'm sure they can make it a shiny TURD!!! read more

Auto Spa, has good service and I see a hard working crew Working hard to make even the oldest and not so good looking cars look their best. Very satisfied with their service. I went today to wash my jeep. It hadn't looked this good since the day I bought it. They left it looking like new. The fenders on my wrangler are very difficult to clean and looking black even when I use a lot of armor-all. They made my car look like it did the day I drove it off the lot. I will definitely return. Only draw back is that it took them longer than initially estimated. It was worth the wait though. read more

Went to Auto Spa for a car wash and I waited for about 15 minutes before someone came out to assist me. The guy stood about about 12 feet from my car and asked me if he could help. I asked for a wash and vac and he said "are you going to wait?" I asked how long, and he said an hour. I felt like he did not want my business so I didn't want to give him my money. Better customer service goes a long way. Tactfulness when dealing with customers is a plus as well. I won't go back. read more

Wow, what a great place to get your car washed. I go their at least two to three times a month. The prices are great, they leave the car looking like if it just came out of the agency. Everybody always compliments my car after leaving their. They have great customer service, the owner is always pleasurable, and the lobby is great. This place is horrible. The car looks real nice on the outside, but they don't care for the inside. I brought my car in and the guy that attended me seemed bothered to help. I asked if they could please take care of a particular area inside the car and he just said, "we'll spray air on it and if it comes off, it comes off." I was told I'd be called once the car was ready. They never called, I had to go check if it was ready. The area I asked to be tended to wasn't. They didn't clean my car on the inside, but managed to break off some covers attached to the bottom of my seats and just placed them on top of the back seats, didn't even try to fix it or tell me what happened. I brought my vehicle to get washed and you are greeted by a friendly person. The wait was about what the man had said. My only issue was that they lost the covers to the ports on the radio and the armor all was not evenly distributed so there globs of the stuff in some areas. read more

I can honestly say that the actual quality of work is good. Worth the money on their packages. However their staff does not seem to know how to treat a customer. I've been 4 times and the first two times I was not charged extra for having a truck. The third time the attendant told me I could not get a package under 30 dollars because of how dirty my truck was. Now this kind of turned me off, but I thought hey, I haven't washed it in a while and it is full of bugs, so I blew it off. This last time I get there and there is a big sign stating that there is a 5 buck surcharge for large vehicles. I'm still ok with this, but I tell the dude I want the 22 dollar package which clearly states on the sign that it will have an exterior shine package, and the guy tells me it will only be an exterior wash and vaccum. When i pointed out that that's not what the package says, he retorted that is what his management told him the prices were and that all trucks and SUVs were supposed to pay the 30 and 40 dollar packages. I am really not that fond of the other carwash place across the street, but at least they don't show me one thing and tell me another. read more
