Bluewave customer is a trash. They automatically charged me and I waited the customer call for almost 40 minutes to ask why they charged me and the woman was very rude. She said she can't answer me any questions and can't do anything for me and offer me to go the store to solve my problem. Horrible. Car was not that dirty and did not get clean. Had to tell the lady five times no for unlimited car washes and when I paid for their most expensive wash and it did not clean they said should have bought unlimited. Told her I paid a car wash and wanted the car washed. She refused to let me run it through again. Asked for manager. She said she was manager. Clearly don't care. Will not ever be back to any blue wave and we have a fleet of 15 vehicles read more

Beware the machines will scratch, dent, and put dings in your car. I paid over $60k for my truck has multiple scratches and dings that literally took the paint off. When I talked to the "claims department" they reached out and basically ghosted me after that. I am stick with the bill dont want other to go through with it. I was driving by this car wash and decided to stop. I was informed that they were having a special where you buy one car wash and you get the entire month for free. So I decided to take advantage of that. The next month I noticed a transaction for $24.95 on my credit card. I was going to investigate that but I got busy with other things and forgot about it. The next month I got another charge in that amount. The description on the statement was very vague. It simply said. "BW". This time I decided to investigate. As it turns out, because I accepted their deal for one month I was automatically signed up. But I was not informed anything about that. Once I realized, I went directly to the car wash and the manager quickly refunded my money and took me off the list. I could tell from his demeanor I was not the first person who had complained about this. He was very cordial and respectful and I appreciated that. This was at the university Drive location in Edinburgh. Just beware when you accept one of their specials, you are signing up for a lifetime of car washes. This needs to be fully disclosed at the time of the transaction.! read more

I highly advise to stay away from this business. While our vehicle was going through the wash it became stuck. This resulted in our rear passenger door becoming completely crumpled in, the rim scratched severely, and other damages coming out to about $3k worth. To add insult to injury an employee became quite angry, blamed us (even though the car was left in neutral), and threatened to call the police. Upon speaking with the manager, an incident report was filed, but that's about it. Currently pursuing legal action. Edit: Turned out to be almost $7k in damages. We were contacted by BlueWave that provided us with a number to call. Turns out the number is a deadline. read more

This place now gets packed because of how popular it is. The reason for these car washes is to get the car washed faster than through other manual car washes. However, the limited two lane entrance really builds up a long line of vehicles that discourages others from lining up and they drive away. I recommend that the business make a note of its highest peak hours and put up cones in the entrances lanes. Then, one lane can be dedicated to people who will pay on the spot (the reason for the slow moving lanes) and the other can be the speedier lane for those who have the monthly subscription and don't need to access the paying machine. Service is usually ok, not above average but not mediocre. On average, when the lines aren't piled up, it takes about 7-8 minutes to drive in and out of you don't stop to use the free vacuums. read more

I've been at BlueWave multiple times without issues, unfortunately today, I went to wash my truck and it got terribly scratched. The pictures don't reflect the extent of the damage, I filed an incident report & they declined it because the damages are "inconsistent". I can assure you my truck was not scratched before I washed it that day. It might be cheap & convenient but in the long run it's going to be more expensive & inconvenient to get it fixed. read more

The wash does not clean your car. When I asked if they would send my car through again to get the obvious dirt off, I was told no. The machines don't get all the dirt off. This car wash business does what it is intended to do, to give you a basic clean wash for a cheap price. Now, if you come in with a muddy car or full of bugs of course it will not be spic and span for a 6 dollar wash. That is an unrealistic expectation people have who want to pay cheap prices but bring in a very dirty vehicle. Now for basic wash I recommend you buy the monthly package for 20 and bring your car through at least twice a week. This will ensure your car stays very clean. If your car is extremely muddy or if it has bugs from traveling etc. take it elsewhere. I don't like seeing people who are constantly pulling up with a vehicle that clearly has been mudding, to beach, or on road trips. If that's your case, don't expect this place to give you a clean vehicle. Take it for a detail hand wash. read more

The car wash is an express, fast package but too many people whine that it doesn't get the entire car clean. The problem with those people is that they fail to realize that in the service triangle there is fast, cheap, and good. You have to pick two. Fast and cheap? Ain't gonna be good. Fast and good? Ain't gonna be cheap. Good and cheap? Ain't gonna be fast. All three? Impossible. It does the job for what it is. I don't really recommend doing single washes as it really isn't worth the price so I recommend the endless wave. It's not that expensive and going through about twice a week will get you more than what you paid for. The entitled customers that complain about it are usually the ones that come from heavy mudding, heavy dirt, etc.... Understand this is an EXPRESS car care facility. Not a top of the line detailing service. You are expected to hand dry your own car as the air blowers are ok, unless you are ok with spots on your car. I don't really mind as my car is more dusty than dirty. Light dirt and dust will be perfect but heavy mudding or dirt or grime will not get removed with one wash. It's a machine made to accommodate all cars, not just yours but too many forget that so yes there are going to be missed spots. You want it done professionally, do it yourself or take it somewhere else. Why do I come here? Simply because I want to have a cleaner car than what I started with and I'm admittingly too lazy to get down and wash it myself, too cheap to care about fine detailing as it's not a beauty contest to me, and my apt complex won't let me wash my own car in the lot. read more

I just washed my parents car at this car wash and I might as well have saved my money! It didn't come clean at all! While I was paying an employee came to my window and told me the bugs wouldn't come off but I expected a better clean then what I got! The whole front of the car didn't come clean at all! They have a man who directs you to pull in properly and he has a little sprayer that he kinda sprays at the car...what I want to know is why he doesn't have a scrubber to scrub off the bugs with? I asked the employee if I could go through twice to try and get the car clean and she said only if I pay twice...are you kidding me? So to the man that was so happy for a cheaper car wash...what is the point in using this car wash if it doesn't clean your car? Now I have to find another car wash to go to to actually get this car clean!!!! I will never use this car wash again and I will do my best to make sure none of my family does as well! I went there for my first time last month to have my vehicle washed, my wife visits this location on regular bases, so I thought I would try it. A very bad mistake, the places was packed, you had to wait in line just to get into the place of business. Not familiar with their operation I was watching the other customers and the staff to see what I had to do. I watched and spoke to the lady that came by and taped down my rear windshield wiper blade. As I pulled forward into the wash bay a gentleman sprayed the front of my vehicle and directed me into the track. After coming out of the car wash my radio was all static and I looked over and seen that my antenna was missing. I got out of the vehicle and the brushes had pulled the antenna out of the sheet mental and had the torn mental fender. I went into the office and had to wait inline to file a damage report with the other customers that their vehicles been damaged as well. Their response was you should have taken the antenna off before going through the car wash, we have signs, I don't know how many people carry tools to remove their antenna, but I don't. Neither of the two people that I interacted with mentioned it to me to that the antenna need to be removed prior to going through the car wash, nor did I see anyone else removing their antenna. In the end I was told by the store manager and the regional manager that they would not be responsible for the damage that their equipment did to my vehicle, nor was it their responsibility to tell me prior to going through since they have signs posted. Very poor way of doing business. I guess as busy as they are, they don't care about losing a few customers. read more

DO NOT go to this Blue Wave. The wash scratched the top of my vehicle and management gave me a scripted response. They refused to remedy the damage and stated that their investigation reveal that their equipment couldn't of done the damage. I'm sure they deny all claims against them and hope people just get tired and forget about it. A $6 wash can end up costing you $300. read more
