I've been going to Carwash Carwash for years. They had always done such a great job up until the past year or so. Now they suck! I paid for The Works carwash, which is their top wash. I honestly don't think they even vacuumed. On top of that, they SLATHERED the Armor All all over the dog hair and crumbs that they neglected to clean up which is a service that should be done with The Works car wash. No one takes pride in their work these days. Not going back to this business ever again. read more

I've been coming here for a long time and since it changed/was remodeled it has gone downhill. Everytime I have been here the staff spend tons of time in the customers bathroom and it's gross and makes the whole small waiting area smell terrible. No one speaks English and the lady at the desk isn't very nice. it's not a nice experience for customers waiting at all. read more

I waited two hours for a lousy car wash. When Scott was alive this was the place to go. Now they just half ass detail your car and charge more! I'm sure I'll give them one more try, but that will be it! The brushes don't touch the side of your car if you pay attention. read more

Upon arrival we entered into the full service lane, the main guy wearing a white collared shirt takes your order, ignore the casual looking guys in sky blue polos since they are just the workers on cleaning and do not take client order. The guy in white writes you up a ticket and you exit car, leave your car keys in car so they can move it. You step inside office/waiting room and pay in advance or after they finish. There wasn't anyone at the counter to greet us so we just sat down and paid later whenever someone showed up. They have water inside and ice cream for sale. Full upholstery shampooing is 49.95. If you only vacuum either the front or back seats only then it's 29.99. Washing exterior and vacuum and doing windows of inside and out is 13.95. They have different car smells; new car, Pina colada, leather, Jasmine, gardenia to name a few. My personal choice was gardenia. I paid 43.90 for back seat shampooing coz cat pizz yo and decided to have them wash off the bug guts after a long drive from Houston. I wish they could have given us an estimated wait time. Wait time was 2 hours for the work I ordered. Depends how big your vehicle is and what services you are requesting!! DO HAVE time on your hands, this is not going to be speedy. Good thing there are many places around to eat. They will not call you, you must make it your responsibility to call of your car is ready. Service men are very honest, saw twice that they turn in valuables to the clerk where she takes down info and puts in safe to give to client. Handed in $20 that he found between the seat. They did a very good job on my car, I understand how hard it is to take off bug residue but with a compound and elbow grease, it's possible so wondering why they weren't completely taken off.. They didn't clean wipers so when I used them on my way back to Houston, raining along they way back, wipers left streaks on window and had to stop to squeegee. I think they should have a manager on hand to quality inspect afterwards. 2.5 stars from me read more

Not sure if it's normal for car washes to be so slow down here, as I'm from the Dallas area, but I've been here now for 45+ minutes just getting the exterior done. The windshield wiper on the back of my Prius was broken off in the middle of March and the manager still has not returned my calls or emails. The staff at the car wash have been as helpful as they can but Brad or Brandon the manager has never been there or returned my calls. The workers are not authorized to do anything. Normally I am happy with the job they do on my truck. Today I am not happy, I had to rehash dry and clean my wheels myself afterwards.

Never coming back after that trip. I've been coming to this establishment for well over a decade and the service has most certainly gone down. I was handed my keys stating my vehicle was ready. I look and immediately notice (not fresh) bird crap on my hood. I had to ask to have it cleaned off. As I stepped into the vehicle I notice I had white flakes all over my dash. The attendant blamed it on a sticker on my dash. I said I can understand that, but my dash is dirtier than when I came in, I'd like it wiped off please. He handed me the rag and said do your thing boss. Just goes to show how terrible the service industry has became in south Texas. read more

The best service there is to date! Got greeted as soon as my car pulled in. Friendly environment. It is quite time consuming, but the wait is well worth it. My car came fresher than ever. The breakfast tacos at the cafe were delicious. Amazing ladies with great attitudes. Would recommend to anyone! read more

Carwash event should not be over an hour. The whole process is extremely slow. Certainly don't wash your car during lunch hour.

Worst customer service ever, my vehicle was left with armour all spots all over driver's side of vehicle and when asked if they could fix, they refused telling me i had parked next to a sprinkler or that it was already like that before i took it to wash. waste of money and ridiculous people working there accusing customers of it already being like that. never going back nor will i ever referr them to anyone!!! now, my vehicle looks worse than it did when i took it in. took my truck to get washed/ cleaned inside out. safe to say they did a terrible job there and will never take it again. if they wipe their ass the way they cleaned my truck I feel sorry for them. according to the employee that helped me he said it was I de new ownership. well new owner if you want to succeed you better get your employees ass in gear and make sure their doing a better job. wasn't cheap at 35 dollars either. read more

I took my car to get a car wash two weeks ago. I dont think I will go back. I ignored all the bad reviews and still went. It did not even smell clean or like the fragrance I chose. I found a gum wrapper and a hot cheeto under the passengers seat. My mats were not put back the right way. There was still lots of dust on my radio are. It looked like they rushed through it. Honestly i dont mind waiting a long time as long as my car comes out good.I was not happy at all. I am going to RC Carwash now. read more

Great service!! Went in for interior car clean only. Everything is beautiful! They even collected all the money from around my car and placed it in my middle console. All of my stuff was treated respectfully. They even filled my tires with air! I had been ignoring the low tire pressure light and they added air free of charge and I never even mentioned it to them. I went there for a wash and vacuum and my car came out dirtier on the inside than what it was before. I don't know if they did this on purpose because I didn't get the interior cleaned as it was already clean. After the car wash, I noticed black stains on my backseats and the interior doors, as well as the windshield. I will not be returning! read more

I have been a customer of this establishment for many years until today. I spoke with the Manager, Gabriel, to get reimbursement for a tear to my 2011 Jetta which I had just recently purchased and was in immaculate condition until they tore my leather driver's seat on Wednesday. He basically said it was wear and tear but its obvious that one of their service persons got in with something and scatched and tore the leather driver's seat. I would say nothing if it was another seat in the car but it was the seat which one of their service peson had had to seat in order to move the vehicle. So after many years of taking my whole family fleet of vehciles, I will not be returing to these place nor will I be recommending this establishement to anyone. read more
