As a female customer, I've unfortunately had less-than-great experiences elsewhere, so this felt almost surreal in the best way. They walked me through what my car needed, answered every question without condescension, and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan before starting any work. Pricing was fair, turnaround was quick, and the whole process felt smooth and honest. It's rare to find a place that makes you feel both heard and taken care of. Highly recommend.

When I first took my car in, they said it was free diagnostic check and they would let me decide whether I wanted to proceed to repairs. After they kept my car for four days, I decided against the repairs and picked up my car. To my surprise, they said I owed them over $400!!!! I told them I was told the diagnostic check was complimentary, but they demanded I pay that, so I paid it. I took my car elsewhere and with parts and labor, I paid $700. If you expect honesty and professionalism, do not do business with Premium Automotive Services in Edinburg!!

Aside from their outstanding customer service, I like the quality of their car wash and supporting services (i.e., vacuums, carpet cleaning station, spray bottles, complimentary towels, etc.). Everything at this car wash is impeccably maintained and extremely well managed.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! This is by far the worst repair shop I have ever dealt with. Let me first start…read moreoff by saying, my husband brought his keep there in November, because it wouldn't turn over. They entered up saying there was an electrical issue. They had to build a box for the wiring. Okay, I'm good with that. Until then they said now it won't shit off and wanted to charge us more to figure out why. Obviously, they crossed wires somewhere. Today after being overcharged for the work they did ( lack of a better term) we got the jeep back. They left the washer fluid tank out, they didn't put the dashboard back on! AND... the horn, lights, and signals don't work now!

Had two experiences with Eagle…read more 1) late model sports car needed to be fixed from a crash. Car was put back together well. Chris cut labor cost to me to ensure cost stayed under limit for uninsured driver allowance. Further, Chris the owner helped me sell it for a decent price. 2) during this time purchased an exotic car from Chris out of the showroom. The car at that time needed a number of fixes including some rewiring, new switches, new hydraulic pump to remove top, a battery setup that bleeds the battery dry in less than 2 weeks, a battery that is not appropriate for the car. When purchased most of the issues were known and communicated. The car was left for the summer to be serviced and have several of these issues fixed. I returned three months later to no changes, and was told several pieces ordered were lost and never found or replaced. Further, I was told the car has been partially fixed. That ended up being a lie. I thereafter spent 9 months trying to get my car taken care of. This included calls, emails, and texts at reasonable intervals. Despite attempts to be understanding, to get the necessary parts ordered and the car serviced, and to generally be proactive, I was eventually ghosted entirely with no explanation. If you go here expect never to hear back regarding your car, work to be lower quality than expected given the types of cars worked on at Eagle, and a difficult non-customer-oriented staff.

Unfortunately, less than two weeks later, the windshield cracked again. I contacted Alicia and she told me to bring the car back so they could fix it. At no point did she mention there would be an additional fee. When I brought the car in, Steven (her husband) removed the film and assured me he would replace it at their expense and "take the loss." However, after repairing the crack, Alicia charged me another $95--even though I explained I have unlimited windshield warranty coverage through Honda and wouldn't have been charged for a replacement elsewhere. To make matters worse, she later refused to reinstall the protective film I had already paid for, instead offering only a discount if I bought a new one. In the end, I lost the $640 film I purchased, paid an extra $95, and was left with a cracked windshield. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product or business.
