This Blue Wave Express Car Wash is the closest one when I visit my in-laws. It's unfortunate that…read moreit's the farthest from my house, as it is the one I prefer from all the Blue Wave Express Car Washes currently in the Rio Grande Valley. This RGV area is surrounded by lots of good restaurants nearby and a few shopping centers. However, the Blue Wave Express Car Wash stands out because if it's speedy service. The times I've been here, even when there is a long line of cars, it has only taken about 10 minutes tops to get my car in and out of the machine. The organization of the staff is such that every car gets serviced quickly. Some vehicles, like my jeep, need blue tape on the back to protect the back-window wiper. The staff here don't delay the line by putting on the tape. When there is a line, everyone spreads out and your vehicle usually gets tape before you even reach the wash area. Over all, this car wash is top notch. Good job staff!

My initial experience calling for information was a bit lacking. There was confusion between the…read moreway the packages are arranged and what is included exactly. The person who answered the phone didn't have an idea themselves. In fairness they claimed to be new but from a customers perspective it's importan to know what I'm getting for my money. I'd like to see more clarity in the packages and services offered. That being said, I can say that without a doubt the service itself was upstanding and extremely professional. When they arrived they notified me that they only had 1 person to do the job instead of the 2 people which they state they typically arrive with. The gentleman who arrived was on time, stayed beyond the expected timeframe to ensure that there was nothing overlooked. I was impressed by this as my initial experience so felt a bit lacking. I'd certainly say that services provided seemed fairly priced and the service received was certainly to expections. I'd recommend them to my friends and family and will certainly consider doing business again in the future.
