Went here for a car wash with my friend who also had brought her car in to be washed , vacuumed inside and just have all the nastiness from the rain removed. Noe inside the front desk people are always pleasant..I had a guy assess the car to see what was needed since I could.not make it to my detail guy. I didn't min d the wait it was a busy Saturday and I had my little niece with me and they had a smaller table and i set up her lep pad. When I got to my car towards the end , my keys were on the dashboard. There was still tree sap and just grime on the hood of my car. I had them wipe it down. When I started my car my windshield wipers came on and the one on the driver's side was hanging limplessly. Smdh I already knew something was off. My back rear passenger window was down . So I immediately assessed for water inside. Mind you i don't have kids so why was my window down. I called the guy back again to fix the wiper blade and he did. (Accidents happen). Later after going to the gas station across the street I reach in my side panel the piece from the windshield wiper was there so guess who will need to replace that? Also my keychain that holds my mace was broken and the mace spray was just left in the side panel as well. For $45 I will not be returning to this car wash. IDC if I have to drive further out or waiting on my detail guy ... This was a hot a** mess. Again. I always empathize because , I have compassion but to break thing and then hide stuff. Unacceptable. The part that gets me the most is that this man tried to talk my.friemd and I into receiving detail services there. Not worth the money for the possible things that can be broken. They were quicker than quoted on the emissions testing (20 min vs 10) but the checkout woman was not very kind and you could tell she had no care for your questions. Looking everywhere but you and made me feel like an inconvenience. I paid $18.50 for the emissions inspection which includes a free car wash. What I didn't know is that it doesn't include DIY vacuuming. If you want vacuuming it's an additional $30. read more

I don't live in the area of this Car Spa. I travel about 30 minutes to get there. Why do I travel this far out of my area for a car wash? This store always gives their all in customer service-the cashiers are friendly and should you have any issue, they are quick to get the manager who treats the customer with respect and works for the customer for resolution. I have been a loyal member for better part of nine years to CarSpa. And today I canceled my membership. I've got five vehicles that I've had on this membership, since I've been doing business with them, even through all the price increases, which they are not the cheapest in town by far anymore, and now you have to drive your car through yourself and I drove my truck through. I paid the extra on top of to have the interior cleaned. I sat in my truck for 26 minutes and they still did not put me in a spot to clean the inside of my truck. So I gave the young man that work, the managers the outside part. Real good, young man. All the employees are good. My and told him, please cancel my membership. and he said he would. He said he's sorry, he knows me, knows how long I've been coming there, but he said it's not on them. It's on the corporate office, in his words, the corporate office is making a bunch of changes that people don't like. Well, they lost a very long standing client, and I'll make sure I tell everybody I know just how terrible of a company this is. That runs it. read more

I guess complaining about the service is starting to pay out. Problem is that the monthly wash service was still leaving streaks and dirt on it. That at times I had to take it thru the wash twice or more and even when they supposedly wipe it down was still leaving dirt behind. Not sure if they got it together or it was my lucky day but my truck looks spotless. Like they actually did there job and now I don't even have to cancel my membership. On Sunday 3/15/2025, I was shopping in the area around Beltline and Marsh, and spotted a promotional sign that offered their new unlimited service for $9.99 for the first month, so I figured I'd try their service. I pull up to the cashier stand, a young lady approached my vehicle, and greeted me. I asked what the options were, and decided to choose the Diamond Shield plan for $39.99 a month, with the first month at $9.99. I asked what the terms were, and she told me I could not cancel the plan for two months, and that I could only use the service twice a week - I responded that the plan states "UNLIMITED" and she insisted I could only use it twice a week. I proceed throught the wash tunnel, and upon exiting, I was directed to a drying area. The person drying my vehicle did it pretty quickly, so I drove to their gas station side of the property, and noticed they didn't dry my whole vehicle, causing me to have to dry it myself. Kind of defeats the purpose of this service. I figured, maybe they were having a bad day. I used the service again yesterday Friday 3/21/2025, and the same exact subpar level of service. I already cancelled my service, and called their Customer Service department to further explain why I cancelled. I wish I would have read the reviews here before wasting my time with this business. read more

Carspa is by far the best full service car wash I've used. I mainly come for the interior detailing services when I don't have enough time to do it myself, and they knock it out of the park! Not only that, but their prices are so much more reasonable compared to other full service car wash places in this area. The staff was super kind and helpful. And, one of the managers, Christopher, went out of his way to make sure that my vehicles were down really well on the inside when I told him that I was having them done in advance of having a baby this week - I wanted the cars to be really clean when we bring our kiddo home from the hospital.
