This location operates off your license plate which is sooo much better than places that put stickers on your car that take forever to remove. I've visited other Super Star Car Wash locations that are well-maintained and provide excellent service, so I know the company is capable of much better. Unfortunately, this location does not meet those standards. My most recent interaction with the manager was also disappointing. I hope the company makes some steps to improve this location. I specifically told them I did not want the outside washed or touched because I do not like the brushes and I try to avoid anything that can damage the clear coat or leave swirl marks. I have had this car since October, and in that entire time I have only ever put a brush to it once. I have been careful with the paint for that exact reason. The guy told me, "I got you, we know what to do," so I thought we were good. They started on the inside, and while one of the ladies was working on the windows/interior, she moved to the outside of the car and started toweling the hood. I went over and told her they did not wash the outside, so she did not need to wipe it. She said okay. About a minute later, she started doing it again. I politely told her again that the outside had not been washed and that she was basically rubbing dry dirt into my clear coat. I thought she understood, but then she went over to the driver-side door and started wiping that too, lengthwise. At that point I had to tell her to stop and get away from my car. The whole reason I asked for interior only was to avoid exactly that. On top of that, the inside still did not look good when they were done. Very frustrating experience. I was clear about what I wanted, and they still kept touching the outside of the car after I asked them not to.
