It only took a couple of hours for Tom to determine the electric battery was the problem. He ordered the battery from Toyota and didn't get it until late the next afternoon. I was on the road by the following morning. Communication is great at Campbell's. They answer the phone promptly. They are always pleasant and knowledgeable.
