Above and beyond is an understatement. I bought a used refrigerator from Facebook Marketplace, I loved on the third floor of an apartment building with no elevator. Ian got the refrigerator all the way up the stairs only for me to realize I had measured wrong and it didn't fit. He didn't make me feel like the dummy I was and got it back downstairs for me where it had to sit in my car port until I could sell it. A friend gave me a nicer fridge and I needed to have it moved from his apartment to mine. Ian came highly recommended from my buddy Dylan. All communication was quick and easy by phone and text. Ian came on a Sunday, took apart the fridge and wrapped it in about an hour. I was really impressive with how he wrapped up everything up, took his time, and fit it on his pickup truck. His price was fair as I wanted someone experienced who could move it safely and properly. Additionally, I paid more for a second guy he brought along. I was happy to pay for another guy as I could not assist with the lifting after just having surgery. Within another hour or so the new fridge was connected and hooked up. Ian gave me a whole explanation at the end how I should wait to plug in the fridge for about an hour to let the coolant settle in the fridge.
