I showed the receipt and it showed that I was charged $8.19 PLUS TAX. While they took my receipt to the back of the store I went to get my drink. There was no ice so I went to the counter and asked for ice. They filled my cup with ice and coke. Now they said I upgraded to medium. No I didn't. I told him I wanted what was on the board. So the simple fix would have been to give me the difference between the small and medium and give me my whopper Jr and fries. But now they want my cup back because it's a medium. They actually took my drink and dumped it in the trash. When asked repeatedly for my small cup I was ignored. I watched several orders go out the drive through window. And I still didn't have any food or drink and no resolution to being overcharged. After waiting 25 minutes with no food and asking for a refund I was finally able to get my money back. I left still hungry.
