Of course, this was around when they first opened up, so they might've been having some troubles finding employees or people were still getting used to everything, but the poor service affected our food a little bit. Our food came cold and they took quite a bit to make it, which, yet again, it's a newer Zaxby's so people are still getting the hang of everything, but it's still not great. The people at the counter were not incredibly friendly, but they were not mean to us and the friendliness differed from person to person. I don't really expect fast food workers to be sociable, so this doesn't bother me. Honestly, that's the least of my concerns compared to how the poor service affects our food. Because my family and I went there a couple times and we had relatively the same problems with the service every time, we just usually don't go to this Zaxby's, which is sad since I love their food. On the other hand, though, the food is good and the environment is very clean and nice. I would recommend coming here only if you don't mind small service issues like this.
