There was one tiny strip of poblano in a patty of beef with a slice of American cheese (think Kraft single). It actually tasted good, but was basically a well seasoned burger patty with a teeny strip of ploblano. No breading, no stuffed poblano, no Oaxaca. We are Texans from San Antonio, so we know good Tex-Mex and good authentic Mexican cuisine, this is neither. The strange thing is, it's good, just 'different'.
