My fiancé ordered a fish platter, or something as large. When she went to eat some at home found she had something that wasn't the usual fish. She called and was told they received a different fish than normal. Now, I agree that different fish have different flavors, but have never had fish that tasted like chicken. Food is very good but the service is horrendous. Waited 5 min just for the drive-thru personnel to tell me they can break a $100 bill. Credit Card service was down company wide on 10/3/22. She takes my order and gives me the total without offering the 5pc Shrimp deal so it should have been free. I tell her to add it. then wait at drive thru window at least another 5 min - no hush puppies like I ordered and when I questioned her why I got charged for the shrimp deal yet she said she "didn't hear me". Came here two consecutive days. Price good. Location good. Customer service mid. Portions good. Ordered online both times. Grilled fish did not taste like lemon pepper or bay seasoning lol. It taste plain. Quality of fish is ok. First time i ordered, i guess they ran out of grilled shrimp and gave me extra okra instead. Also, the rice was super hard. I would give Tiffany 5 stars because she's always pleasant. Even when she's working the drive thru and front counter by her self. So management clearly SUCKS on scheduling & leading which brings me to Ruby Lee and her piss poor attitude . She's always rude not just to me but when I was at the nail salon 3 strangers at the salon said they've had horrible experiences with Ruby Lee one to many times and will never go back again. read more

The inside was open but every table was dirty along with the floor. Trash cans were over flowing and nothing was stocked. The girls in the front were rude to multiple customers one even made fun of an older ladies southern accent when she had to come back in to get her corn they forgot. read more

beware of their pricing it's not what it shows. It shows one price on the window and when you get to the cash register they want to charge you more than what is printed. If it's not my mistake I think it's illegal. We're not staying here to eat for that reason. read more

We go here often yet the past couple of times the staff have been rude and do not get our order correct. We just went through the drive-thru. Ordered our food and drinks. Asked for 2 tarter sauces. The girl working the window, Natalie, (has red hair) rolled her eyes. Threw our food out the window. I look, only one tarter sauce and our order is not correct. We asked for one more sauce and the other items that were wrong. Those items were also thrown out the window at us after another eye roll. We left and after being 10 minutes down the road realize we do not have our drinks. Now that we are home the items thrown at us aren't even what we ordered and they are cold! Awful costumer service! Be sure to wear a coat because apparently they don't believe in turning on the heat! I started taking my coat off and only got down to my elbows and very quickly pulled it back on! Seriously didn't seem like much difference from being outside. I even kept putting my coat over my nose because my nose felt like ice. I'm so glad to be home where it's warm!!! read more

Never a bad meal here and service always great. Got 3 meals at drive thru. Made substitutions to the sides and everything in the order was correct...food was hot and fresh...server supplied plenty of sauces & condiments....the only thing was the lobster rolls...so tiny, the pic is deceiving but the lunch was great... read more

Received a call from captain ds after I went to their contact page and the manager seemed like he cared I was informed that he would be looking into the situation and dealing with it I described the young man behind the counter and he knew who it was. I'm not intending to get anyone fired however there's a way to run an establishment and if these kids don't want to work then they don't need the job. Like the manager said acting like you're closed when you're not is basically saying we don't want your business and I'm glad he's going to get ahold on the situation. I am definitely going to be going back because the food is really good hopefully next time we go for dinner the service will be a bit nicer. read more

I went through the drive-through and I had 3 orders. The lady (Tina) that was taking the order rudely told us we had to hold and acted like we were bothering her. When we arrived at the window and asked to add a piece of cake to the first order, she did a hateful head gesture and stated " I already have your food bagged ". She had a very bad attitude throughout the whole process. Those 3 orders that was such a bother to your employee was about $40. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

Typical fast food for this style restaurant. Some of the items are good and some are hurried leaving them under cooked. What my biggest complaint with this location is the fact they let people who wonder off the street in to pander. The day we attempted to eat a lady smelled so bad and was so disgusting it ruined our appetites. It bothers me that the workers did not even notice her, or was this normal for them as well.
