Today, Aug 25, 2025 we had our heat and air thermostat go offline. We called our local heat and air company and they came out. Come to find out, there was a leak in the roof around the 3 inch pipe leading out of the roof from the heater. I called Frontline and spoke to Nick and within an hour they were out at my house and fixed the problem. They said any billing from our heat and AC company to have it sent to them.
