I asked them about an extra travel charge that was never communicated to me, here is what they said. He went into the attic an liked around, then the heater cycled. I said "that's the sound I was telling you about." He poke at several spots and the sound stopped. Yesterday we phoned the company we've used in the past and they told us they couldn't diagnose an AC unit until the weather was warmer, so told us to call at the end of April.
