I WAS 4 POUNDS LOW, YES 4 POUNDS!!! THE CROUCH GRANDSON NEVER CHECKED THE FREON. NEVER WENT OUTSIDE TO THE UNIT. NEVER!!! I contacted Crouch through email for documentation purposes. I asked them about an extra travel charge that was never communicated to me, here is what they said. No concessions, no nothing "Okay, sorry about not telling you, It costs alot to run 6 trucks in counties. Time is money! BUYER BEWARE, WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH SO CALLED HVAC COMPANY.

He went into the attic an liked around, then the heater cycled. I said "that's the sound I was telling you about." He poke at several spots and the sound stopped. It was air being blown out of a leak between the furnace and duct. He drove a screw in and it was fixed. An honest man, so refreshing to not get taken to the cleaners. Yesterday we phoned the company we've used in the past and they told us they couldn't diagnose an AC unit until the weather was warmer, so told us to call at the end of April.
