What we were pleased with was their skill as inspectors and their inspection in general. My wife and I accompanied them on and off as they did the inspection and as they identified items of interest. They took the time to explain what an issue was, what its overall impact was and how we might prioritize a repair if we were to purchase the property. They were thorough and patient in doing their visual inspection. The end report was lengthy (as expected), clearly stated and nicely summarized. We just went through one of the worst snow-storms in decades, and my new roof appears leak-free.
