Our experience was different. The guy came, seemed nice enough , said it was certainly the conpressor, said he would try n get it replaced asap and get air going asap. The next day he spoke to my husband . Said that now after the compressor being replaced, we just need a whole new system. Said hed be back to get measurements. But never came back . During a hot, hottest time weve seen, it was inportant. We never herd back, and he didnt answer our calls when we called the office nor phone . I looked at reviews. Saw this must be individually and proly not the group as a whole . We finally called another place and they came out and fixed us up with a new unit for few thousand less for the whole job. Had cool air after 4 weeks of heat. With kids pets and my elderly dad hear, it was a big deal . I am very disappointed. -5.

A few text later had a schedule to have some work done on Monday. On Monday was kept informed as to when they would arrive. Chris called and arrived a few minutes later. Went straight to work and made the repair digging out a broken hydrant in my yard. Replace the broken parts and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The charge for the work and parts was quite reasonable. I hope I don't need them again but if I need a plumber in Stillwater this is my first call and should be yours also.

Originally we thought we'd wait until spring, but when the weather was so warm around Christmas we wished we would have had it checked earlier. Yesterday we phoned the company we've used in the past and they told us they couldn't diagnose an AC unit until the weather was warmer, so told us to call at the end of April. Since the forecast for the next week or so looks fairly warm, we called B&L in Stillwater about 11:30 this morning. Ben was here by a little after 2 pm, found that it needed a new motor and we now have working AC!! Thank you, Ben, and B&L!

Very professional, quick to respond, work performed was very well done. Took a few stars off…read morebecause they WAY over-charged me on materials. Date of service was mid 2025 and they charged me $800 for a 12' cut of 2/0 x3 Copper SER cable which was about 4x the cash price I would have paid without a commercial account at Locke Supply at that time and it is well known that even Locke supply is 20 to 30% more expensive than other suppliers in the OKC Metro so needless to say this markup seemed indefensible. I am not opposed to paying a markup on materials for Contractor work especially if I have a good working relationship with them. I am not a hard customer to please but this particular markup didn't sit right with me so I wanted to share my review.

When power was restored, we discovered our pump/grinder wasn't working. Tanner and his assistant diagnosed the problem and realized that the entire unit needed to be replaced. To get us by, they pumped the tank that holds the pump grinder and did everything in their power to get us up and running again as quickly as possible including traveling 80 miles to get a replacement pump from the only E One distributor for our area (who is located) in NW Arkansas. They LITERALLY went the extra mile(s)! Once a pump/grinder goes down, the homeowner has very limited use of their plumbing and are essentially relegated to minimal toilet and sink use. You can imagine the inconvenience of having no shower, no laundry and no dishwasher. A-1 always returned calls, came to the house on three separate occasions to troubleshoot and to install the replacement, which includes handling electrical connectors. A-1 got us a replacement pump as fast as humanly possible despite having a full slate of other scheduled jobs. Best of all, their billing was incredibly fair. We know we will be contacting them again should we have any additional issues as they have acted more like neighbors than a simply a company hired for a job. They are honest, friendly and thorough in their explanations. What more could you ask?
