Places same day order and they were very generous to honor a walk in discount even though we placed the order over the phone. The final product, however, did not match the picture on their website. The flowers were supposed to have multiple colors but only included white and pink. Also, we were expecting a full case with two dozen roses but they were pretty sparse with no fillers. I received flowers for Valentine's Day from my hubby who ordered from Capri Flowers. They were late, I did not receive them until Friday and the flowers not done professionally. When I took them back to show them what I received, the owner was happy to give a refund and stated that they were truly sorry, that this was not the norm, but due to the holiday, it was a little crazy there. I stated that I did not want a refund, but a new bouquet that I could enjoy. They were very happy to grant my request and actually turned my awful bouquet into a brand new bouquet with 18 long stem roses! Ordered two corsages for mother's day this year and they both came out beautiful! Two medium sized roses (color is your choice) with a nice amount of baby's breath around them. It also comes with a ribbon (color is your choice), and a silver-ish elastic band to wrap around wrist. Beautiful! One of the best prices around town. I called Capri on a Thursday for a Friday delivery, after that is 1-800-flowers did not deliver the last time I had flowers delivered and told me "sorry, we'll refund your money, what else do you want?" and when I called pro flowers I was told "nope, can't tell you when they will be delivered" When I call Capri and told them my wife was a teacher they immediately said "Would by noon be OK?" Needless to say by 11:00 a.m. my wife called to thank me for the beautiful flowers and to add they where more elegant and lovely than other times I had flowers delivered. The arrangement that was ordered looked NOTHING like what was delivered! The picture on-line had AT LEAST nine roses in it and the arrangement delivered only had four roses. The picture online was this beuatiful "Cotton Candy" arrangement that I paid $65 for plus $12 delivery charge. The arrangement that was delivered was puny in comparison to the on-line picture. Called to speak to the manager and he doesn't even have the courtesy to return or take my calls. Did not get what I paid for and WOULD NOT recommend this florist!! read more

My husband and I had our wedding in October, and we were beyond thrilled with the service that we received from Capri Flowers! We were on a very tight budget and the other florists that I met with refused to work with our budget restrictions. Not so with Dahlia! In addition, she was very careful to make sure that she understood my vision for my day, and how the floral service would fit in with pre-existing elements of decor and style. My bouquet was copied exactly from a picture that I gave to her after many months of exchanging ideas. I also knew exactly what I wanted for the bridesmaids bouquets and she executed them perfectly. Our guests were welcomed to a warm and gorgeous reception hall that had all of the fall romance and wonder that I had requested. Dahlia was very patient with me as the budget moved around and things were added or removed from the order, and she put my mind at ease through the whole process. We loved that Dahlia and Neel are both very warm to their clients, and are willing to work with whatever ideas and materials you have. In spite of their flexibility, they will also be honest with you if they feel that your ideas will deter from the overall theme that you want and they have a wealth of resources to provide whatever is missing from your plans. Capri Flowers came to me through a referral through a friend who used them for her wedding. She shared that they were friendly and open to ideas while respecting budgetary constraints. My first meetings were with the owner of the shop. The prices I was quoted were great and led me to choose Capri over other shops. Originally, the flowers we decided on for the bouquet were all flowers that were in season and in my budget; however, when I came in one week prior to my wedding to preview the flower combination that Capri had for me, the news I received was not encouraging. One of the flowers set to be in the bouquet were no longer available. Then the colors for the flowers were not red and purples like I had requested but orange and nearly black. Not at all what I wanted for my summer wedding. That day we agreed to change to a more simple bouquet with pinks and reds. When I arrived to pick my flowers the day before the wedding (they were closed on Sunday, which was when my wedding was), I was disappointed to find a predominantly white hydrangea bouquet with 4 dying pink dahlias and roughly 5 red roses. I want to note that the boutonnieres & corsages, made with orchids and red roses were all quite lovely. Thankfully, the flower artist (this is not the owner, and reportedly came in to help me against the wishes of the owner) was willing to come in and redo the bouquets. When she arrived, she explained that she was never shown a picture of what I wanted (I had sent a photo), and was only told which flowers to use for the bouquets. She recognized that the flowers were in terrible shape, but these were the only flowers given to her. She apologized and asked me to choose from the flowers that were in the shop, which left me with two red bouquets for my maid of honor and me. The final flowers that I received were beautiful and came out nice in our photographs. It was a frustrating experience, one that could be have been much worse had it not been for the kindness of the artist to come in and save the day. I would not recommend this florist to others given what I had asked for was not delivered. If what the artist says is true, then he was not willing to correct the mistake to make my wedding a success. It is important to work with people who care about making a quality product and providing outstanding service. Based on this experience, I can't say with confidence that they do. My quality rating is based on the final bouquets, corsages, & boutonnieres, not based on the two unsatisfactory bouquets I was initially presented with. Read the reviews from yelp so I decided to to give the flower shop a chance since there are fairly close to my house (within 5 Miles). So ike every guy knows Valentines Day is a pretty big day to get flowers for your fiance, wife, or girlfriend. Ordered the flower 5 days in advanced on line and set the time to be delivered to my fiance's place of work. Usually she will call me when she gets her flowers, as the day progressed I heard nothing from her about flowers being delivered. So I called the shop and asked what the ETA was on the flowers being delivered. They said it is very busy and they dont know when they are going to be able to deliver them, but they will call me back in 10 minutes to let me know where the driver is and give me a time of delivery. Didn't hear back from then after an hour has passed, so I called back again. This time it was a complete diffferent story they said they would be able to deliver the flowers today, but I can get a discount for flowers being delivered tomorrow. I told them I was really dissapointed that there was no communication and they of all eople should know how important this day is. Aftr being feed the ringer I finally decided to cancel the flowers and wanted my money back. Guess what the nmoney still hasnt been refunded to my account.
