Yesterday Alan arrived prompt and ready to work. He was patient with the walk through and cleaned everything I had asked him too, even some places that hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years such as next to my nightstand; such a small spot I did not think there was a tool to clean it! I didn't even ask, but to my surprise it was cleaned- Thank you Alan!!! The entire job took maybe an hour and a half? His price was very reasonable. He even laid down a paper trail for us before he left! The carpet was mostly dry by last night, I waited until today to vacuum and put the furniture back - Top to bottom including stairs our carpet looks Brand New! THANK YOU CAPRI CARPET CLEANING! read more

Good customer service and the cleaning guy did a nice job. The carpets look really good. Not sure how much carpet cleaning generally costs, but we had about 1300 sq ft cleaned and it was $300, which feels like a lot but maybe it isn't. Overall happy with the service. read more

Great service and exceptional work! I haven't had my carpets cleaned in years so needless to say, with a child and a dog they were pretty gross. Very nice gentleman showed up right on time. I was told he would be there between 8:30 and 9:00 and he came right at 8:30! He was here for an hour and my carpets look brand new. Pricing was extremely fair-$75 for my living room and hallway. He even put down nice paper to walk on while the carpet dries! Definitely recommend Capri Carpet! read more

We are new to the area, I shopped around and was given high quotes with really bad reviews. Came upon this vendor and was very pleased with his services. I will definitely be calling them again, especially having pets. read more

I'm a rather private person. I live my life, do my thing, and get unreasonably frustrated every couple of years over some Sacramento busy bodies invasion of my personal space. If you have a busy body in YOUR space and need the carpets cleaned, give Capri a call. They are quick, professional, and do a great job getting up soda bottle explosions, coffee mishaps, high traffic areas, and pets who have no consideration at where they decide to hock up their hair balls. Thank you, Terry! Great job! read more

We were told about this company from our neighbor, a non-Yelper. We were very satisfied and will use them from now on. They got the stains out of the carpet along with a years worth of dirt, and about 10 billion golden retriever hairs, and our couches too! Everything has lost it's golden hue. Recommend. read more

Let me start by saying I had Capri Carpet Care come out to my home today, after only a one day notice and after comparing prices with about 4 other carpet cleaning companies in Ventura County. I was sooo impressed with the cleaning job that I will definitely be calling again if needed! Jim was the gentleman that helped me and not only was he right on time but he was super quick and efficient. Long story short this was my first carpet cleaning experience and I am extremely pleased! read more

I've been using Capri Carpet Cleaning service for well over30 years. They've always been on time, sending arrival time updates as well. Extremely thorough and very reasonably priced. I give Capri 5 stars but would give more if that option were available. I highly recommend this company. read more

Alan showed up on time, worked quickly, and our carpets have never been cleaned better. Price was reasonable, and we will call him again.

These guys are awesome! It's the third time we use them. Always professional, on time and flexible (we had to reschedule twice). They are always super nice on the phone. They walk in, do their job and leave without any hassle, upgrades, etc. So re-refreshing from some of the other vendors. Will of course keep using them and recommending to others! read more

Awesome.. You can see the difference.. Thank you Allen and Thank you Capri Carpet Care.. read more

Wonderful service from Mark. He showed up 15 minutes before he said he was going to be there. He answered all of my questions and concerns professionally, and he was also quick. He spray an antimicrobial and then we talked about cool things to go do locally. He was amazing! read more

Capri Carpet Care (and the owner, Alan) are AMAZING!!! I have used them for the past 15 years. Whenever I think it's time to replace my carpet, I call Alan and they look absolutely perfect and new again! This time Alan even touched up my garage (which is carpeted) and the center console of my car (where my kids had spilled a drink.) I can't say enough good things about them! Not sure how ANYONE could think Capri is anything shy of amazing. Loving my "new" carpet once again. Thank you Capri! read more

We have used Capri Carpet for many years and consistently have been impressed by the quality of work. Alan from Capri Carpet recently cleaned our carpeting. We also had him steam clean our light beige travertine floors. We were very happy with Alan's steam cleaning as it removed the darker spots of ground in dirt that we were unable to remove with normal cleaning. He sealed the travertine after the steam cleaning and it looks brand new. We highly recommend Alan and Capri Carpet Care. read more

I've used Capri for my house and rentals. They treat pet stains and did a good job even though our stains didn't go all the way away, i was veto pleased because it is an old carpet. The service of the technicians is good. Their appointment setter is an older lady, very nice but a bit absent minded. It didn't affect my opinion because she figures it out and is always very sweet. The owner is a technician, too. The work is good and prices are fair. I will continue to do business with Capri! read more

My carpets are being cleaned as we speak, and regardless of how they look, I will NOT use this company again. The customer service that I have received was horrid, to say the least. I left a message requesting to schedule an appointment. When my call was returned, the receptionist actually said the words "You called me, so I don't know why you're not answering your phone." on my voicemail. To say that she lacked profesionalism and polish is an understatement. When speaking with the owner of the company regarding payment, he told me that although he accepts all forms of payment, he would perfer to not be given a check because I might "close my bank account and skip town", in which case he wouldn't get paid. Who says that to a potential customer? On the day of my carpet cleaning, I received a call 20 minutes before our scheduled time, at which point I was told that the carpet cleaner was running late. When I was asked to reschedule for a later time in the day, I agreed, but told the receptionist it would need to be at a specific time. She called me back and repeated her conversation that she had just had with the gentleman schedule to clean my carpets. He didn't understand why I wouldn't just "leave a key". At no point did anyone apologize for the incovenience. In fact, I was made to feel as though I was the one inconvenicening everyone, based on the fact that I couldn't wait around all day for him to show up at any given time. Lastly, the gentleman who cleaned my carpets was unfriendly. Had his customer service been exceptional, he may have "redeemed" the company in my eyes. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I used this company because my property manager requires it as a part of our lease. But be warned, if you have a choice in carpet cleaning companies, dont use Capri Carpet Care. Their price does not warrant their lack of customer service. read more

We had Capri carpet care come clean our condo and unfortunately had a bad experience. Our carpet had obvious stains since it was a bright white carpet. The tech took about a total of 40 minutes to set up, bring all his equipment up to the 3rd floor, clean and leave. (Condo was about 1400 sqft and was vacant) Honestly, the carpet looked dirtier than when we moved in. We went from having a light, almost white carpet, to a dark sand color. A very big disappointment as our realtor recommended this guy from previous experience. We would not use this service again. read more

Awesome and friendly!! Hadn't had my carpets cleaned in over a year. The tech showed up on time, was super friendly and knowledgable. I had no idea that my carpet could look new again. These guys rock. I'll most definitely be using them again. read more

These guys were GREAT! We used them for our final cleaning of our rental in Ventura, after we moved to Simi. It was a very busy time for us, and they helped a great deal by making this experience seamless and stress free. I didn't even have to stay at the rental house with them while they cleaned. I just left them to it. The carpet there was white and we have 3 small dogs so needless to say, it was quite a job and Alan and his team met the task so well that the carpet looked brand new. Pricing was exceptionally fair. read more

Fabulous work, on time and thorough. Stains I never thought would come out did, thank you Alan

I've used Capri Carpet for over 20 years. I had a very dirty carpet with 5 kids , 2 dogs, one being a puppy that had trouble with potty training. Last week Chris came in like a super hero and got rid of kid filth, puppy stains and red wine even. Alan the owner is very professional and his prices are very fair. There is no other carpet cleaning service I will ever use! read more

I always use Capri Carpet Care for my cleaning needs (in my own house and at the properties I manage). They are on-time, professional, easy to talk to, honest with their pricing and seem to have CLEAN equipment and vans (unlike many of the other companies I've dealt with). Yes, the receptionist can be challenging and it can be difficult to get through that phone call... but in the end, Alan and Jim are both worth it, in my opinion. Once you've used them a couple of times, they are super flexible about the payment method, too. They are cool with me sending the invoices to the owners of the rental properties and they receive payment later through the mail. Very helpful for me. I recommend this company. read more

Ten years ago I hired another company to repair and clean my carpet. They came out and refused the job as being too difficult and left me with all my belongings piled on the beds. I called many companies but only Alan would come out that same day. He repaired my carpet in 10 minutes. So much for being such a difficult job. He cleaned the whole house and was a real hero! I have used him ever since. Alan gets out every stain and the stains never return as they did with other companies. He is thorough, professional, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable. As long as Alan is in business I will never use anyone else. I cannot recommend him highly enough! read more

It is refreshing to find a true professional for carpet service. Alan is on-time, thorough and will come back to spray tough spots. Alan has good spot removing sprays. Thx, Ron read more

Best carpet cleaning service. On time and very professional cleaning. Alan cleaned our three rooms and two area rugs. They look and smell like new! read more

I'm impressed with this company. The owner Alan came in to give us a free estimate and seeing that I'm pregnant (and picky) he said he would use natural products. He wanted to make sure that he was going to be the one to clean the carpets himself when scheduling. He is friendly, caring and professional and his pricing is reasonable. The results are great. Our high traffic areas had some stains. They are all gone! Highly recommend. read more

When we purchased our home 10 years ago I asked our realtor for a reputable carpet cleaning company we could call. The prior owners had left the carpets fairly stained. The carpets looked new enough I thought it may be worth a try - we needed to move! So for the last 10 years we have had Capri Carpet Care out 1-2 times a year (we have dogs.) They are friendly, professional and do an excellent job. On time - with a call 30 minutes before arriving. There is no up sell - no pressure - a complete and thorough job at a reasonable price. The owner Alan has been to our home many times - and we have always been happy with the result. It's always great to find a locally owned business that is a pleasure to work with. read more

Jim was able to take my old & worn carpet & make it look like new. I highly recommend their amazing service.

So at 2am Tuesday morning when the 10 year old came into bed with a tummy ache, I said don't throw up in our bed. I forgot to mention the carpet! Called Capri at 9am and they came out by noon! Our bedroom carpet looks awesome! Thank you! We have used another Camarillo company in the past but never again. They came out with three hours notice and our carpets look amazing. read more
