Yesterday Alan arrived prompt and ready to work. He was patient with the walk through and cleaned everything I had asked him too, even some places that hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years such as next to my nightstand; such a small spot I did not think there was a tool to clean it! I didn't even ask, but to my surprise it was cleaned- Thank you Alan!!! The entire job took maybe an hour and a half? His price was very reasonable. He even laid down a paper trail for us before he left! Good customer service and the cleaning guy did a nice job. The carpets look really good. Not sure how much carpet cleaning generally costs, but we had about 1300 sq ft cleaned and it was $300, which feels like a lot but maybe it isn't. Overall happy with the service. read more

Great service and exceptional work! I haven't had my carpets cleaned in years so needless to say, with a child and a dog they were pretty gross. Very nice gentleman showed up right on time. I was told he would be there between 8:30 and 9:00 and he came right at 8:30! He was here for an hour and my carpets look brand new. Pricing was extremely fair-$75 for my living room and hallway. We have used Capri Carpet for many years and consistently have been impressed by the quality of work. Alan from Capri Carpet recently cleaned our carpeting. We also had him steam clean our light beige travertine floors. We were very happy with Alan's steam cleaning as it removed the darker spots of ground in dirt that we were unable to remove with normal cleaning. I've used Capri for my house and rentals. They treat pet stains and did a good job even though our stains didn't go all the way away, i was veto pleased because it is an old carpet. The service of the technicians is good. Their appointment setter is an older lady, very nice but a bit absent minded. It didn't affect my opinion because she figures it out and is always very sweet. The owner is a technician, too. The work is good and prices are fair. I will continue to do business with Capri! read more

Whenever I think it's time to replace my carpet, I call Alan and they look absolutely perfect and new again! My carpets are being cleaned as we speak, and regardless of how they look, I will NOT use this company again. The customer service that I have received was horrid, to say the least. I left a message requesting to schedule an appointment. When my call was returned, the receptionist actually said the words "You called me, so I don't know why you're not answering your phone." on my voicemail. To say that she lacked profesionalism and polish is an understatement. When speaking with the owner of the company regarding payment, he told me that although he accepts all forms of payment, he would perfer to not be given a check because I might "close my bank account and skip town", in which case he wouldn't get paid. Who says that to a potential customer? On the day of my carpet cleaning, I received a call 20 minutes before our scheduled time, at which point I was told that the carpet cleaner was running late. When I was asked to reschedule for a later time in the day, I agreed, but told the receptionist it would need to be at a specific time. She called me back and repeated her conversation that she had just had with the gentleman schedule to clean my carpets. He didn't understand why I wouldn't just "leave a key". At no point did anyone apologize for the incovenience. In fact, I was made to feel as though I was the one inconvenicening everyone, based on the fact that I couldn't wait around all day for him to show up at any given time. Lastly, the gentleman who cleaned my carpets was unfriendly. Had his customer service been exceptional, he may have "redeemed" the company in my eyes. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I used this company because my property manager requires it as a part of our lease. But be warned, if you have a choice in carpet cleaning companies, dont use Capri Carpet Care. Their price does not warrant their lack of customer service. read more

We had Capri carpet care come clean our condo and unfortunately had a bad experience. Our carpet had obvious stains since it was a bright white carpet. The tech took about a total of 40 minutes to set up, bring all his equipment up to the 3rd floor, clean and leave. (Condo was about 1400 sqft and was vacant) Honestly, the carpet looked dirtier than when we moved in. We went from having a light, almost white carpet, to a dark sand color. A very big disappointment as our realtor recommended this guy from previous experience. We would not use this service again. read more

These guys were GREAT! We used them for our final cleaning of our rental in Ventura, after we moved to Simi. It was a very busy time for us, and they helped a great deal by making this experience seamless and stress free. I didn't even have to stay at the rental house with them while they cleaned. I just left them to it. The carpet there was white and we have 3 small dogs so needless to say, it was quite a job and Alan and his team met the task so well that the carpet looked brand new. I always use Capri Carpet Care for my cleaning needs (in my own house and at the properties I manage). They are on-time, professional, easy to talk to, honest with their pricing and seem to have CLEAN equipment and vans (unlike many of the other companies I've dealt with). Yes, the receptionist can be challenging and it can be difficult to get through that phone call... but in the end, Alan and Jim are both worth it, in my opinion. Once you've used them a couple of times, they are super flexible about the payment method, too. They are cool with me sending the invoices to the owners of the rental properties and they receive payment later through the mail. Very helpful for me. I recommend this company. read more

Ten years ago I hired another company to repair and clean my carpet. They came out and refused the job as being too difficult and left me with all my belongings piled on the beds. I called many companies but only Alan would come out that same day. He repaired my carpet in 10 minutes. So much for being such a difficult job. He cleaned the whole house and was a real hero! I have used him ever since. Alan gets out every stain and the stains never return as they did with other companies. He is thorough, professional, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable.
