have a 4 month old sectional that I wanted cleaned as more of a maintenance thing. I have four little dogs but they live on the couch. It's a light color so I want to preserve. The couch doesn't smell or have any stains. I wanted minimal drying time as well as it is in the main living area. William explained options to me and was here when he said he would be. I was surprised that there wasn't a lot of equipment, but it was an encapsulation cleaning, so not much needed. While it did not dry in record time, it's been about two hours and it's almost dry! William did a great job cleaning and sealing our tile floor. It was a big project. He is very knowledgeable and a hard worker. I would warn that if he doesn't answer the phone call it goes to a call center and they quoted me over the phone for cleaning and sealing a price that was way off. So I would only get quotes directly from William and don't rely on the phone team. The second day (day 1 is cleaning and day 2 sealing) we made a 9am apt and he couldn't arrive until 11am because things came up, which is understandable but tricky with pets and trying to prep the house. It was Christmas day at dinner time and my house was flooded. I called and they picked up and came over about an hour later. They spent 6 and a half hours here. Two men. They had modern equipment. They were efficient knowledgeable hard working and friendly I have a 2400 sq ft house. They first got rid of all the standing water and cleaned baseboards. Then they started on the Persian rugs. They came back the next day and clean all my tile floors. It was a big job. I would call them again.. Opps i had them take my rugs so they could be cleaned thoroughly to prevent mold. The reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 star is because William, the owner did mak a good faith effort to correct the situation which I did NOT take him up on. He also fit me in a fairly short time frame. William agreed to do my job but could only fit me in after 5pm. His worker showed up and quoted me a price of $240, which I agreed to and said the process would take 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours to complete. I returned an hour and a half later and William had shown up. He proceeded to tell me the job was $415. I said that's a lot more than I was quoted and after a bit he lowered the price to $350. I asked how he came up with that and he said it was 5 rooms. It is NOT, it is 4 rooms. He said the living room is large, 248 sq feet so he had to count out as 2 rooms. He then told me they would be finishing up in about 35 minutes. I told him I couldn't stick around and to please lock the door. He told me okay. 9:00 (4 hours to complete) comes and my neighbor said they were just packing up and leaving. Furthermore my neighbor said they didn't lock the door and that she did. When I came by the next day I was dismayed to find the stains in the carpet were still there and other than a good vacuum it didn't look like they did anything. When I confronted William he apologized and offered to come back out that day (it was Thanksgiving Day) and fix it and if he couldn't get the stain out he would refund me. I declined as I was in a hurry because a renter was taking possession of the apartment in two days and from the experience I had so far I didn't trust that he would do it correctly. I got another company to do the job they very next day and was only charged $238 for the so called "5" rooms. They said it was 3 rooms and since the hall way was so small they didn't charge me for that. The other company did a great job and got all the stains out. read more

I had an upholstered couch and two chairs cleaned. As far as I know neither had ever been cleaned before! The crew was very personable and got right to work. While I didn't think the difference was too dramatic, it was definitely an improvement over simply vacuuming the furniture. They were very tidy and did a thorough job. My only recommendation would be for customers to settle on a price BEFORE they begin work. I had one idea in my head for what I thought the cost would be and the final number was way off. William and Gabriel came out to the san Gabriel Valley area to deep clean my tile floors. Cleaning they did a great job. The majority of the shine gloss that v was applied was removed by them. I was looking to have it cleaned and was told the wax needed to come off. 90% was removed but there was a haze over 80% of the flooring. When I told William, he told me that normally they come back the next day to buff the floors, which I was never told and because he was so far, he gave me a "discount " which didn't make sense because if it is a step in the process, it should be done. The distance was a known factor before starting the job. I have had to mop the entire 1300 sq ft 3 times already to get the haze off. There are also irregularities in areas that i was told how to clean..... I didn't necessarily pay $1900 to be told how to rectify these issues. When I mentioned these, I was told that it was late and dark so not everything can be seen. We have a fully lighted house, so that reasoning left me puzzled. Again my floors are clean, but the extra steps I needed to do to get it all done, I didn't care for. read more
