His prices also are extremely reasonable for the quality of work done. My entire experience was A+ as Chris was super professional, friendly, and timely. He stuck to the appointment time, did a thorough job, and my carpets have never looked better. I was personally worried about some stains from pets thinking that no one would be able to remove them but they all came out! I was shocked and so happy. He is extremely nice on top of being fantastic at getting out what can appear to be very tough stains. I had embarrassingly nasty pet stains {cat and dog) so severe I was embarrassed to show them to Chris in my 2 bedrooms. He told me he would do the best he can. Chris did an amazing job! He quoted me $200 less than a competitor in the area to do our carpet, sofa, and 2 recliners. At first I was worried that I was being too cheap- but you really can't argue with so many 5 star reviews, so I thought I'd give it a shot. However- he DID get 99% of the stains out! (Some that had been sitting there for 4+ years). My carpet looks incredible and is so clean! We've had Royal clean our carpets and couches a few times over the past several years. We have two children and a dog so unfortunately we have a lot of stains. Our carpet and couches are light tan and they've had no problems getting any of the stains out of either. We also have carpet on our stairs and they did a great job getting all the dirt out of the small places. In the past we have tried other carpet cleaning services and they left marks on the walls from their equipment, so we were happy that this company took more time and care to make sure there was no damage. We also appreciated the fans that were set up to dry the carpet and couches quicker. One time we had an emergency vomit situation and they came out to clean it out of our couch and carpet, we were so thankful for that!
