Apparently, "Peter" (I think it was Peter) won't shampoo urine-stained carpets nor teenage kids' normally worn carpets. So if you have a difficult cleaning job, pls note that this guy only cleans carpets which are "clean enough" for him to feel like cleaning. I am a disabled single mom alone with two kids after their father passed & so we really really needed this last job done so that we can finally be able to sell up & get out of California. But upon arriving 15 min late, Peter was very unfriendly. Idk what was wrong but he was sour from the very second I met him & it all went downhill from there. He griped about all four rooms, telling me I needed new carpet all around & even tho I said I wanted to try anyway, it was obvious from the get-go that he just wanted to walk out on us. So I let him. He even told me to get another carpet cleaning service. And so, guess what, I did! I hired Healthy Carpet Care & thank God they came out that day, last minute, & rescued me in time for the weekend! They completely cleaned up EVERY stain in my kids' rooms, where Peter said it was hopeless, & then they performed literal miracles with my other two very damaged rooms! They're beautiful! Long story short, I now won't have to replace any carpets due to the great job they did! Of course, this is Peter's business & I can't force him to do jobs he doesn't want to do. However, he should really inform customers ahead of time what he will do & what he will won't do. Then they will have time to get someone else who is willing to take money in exchange for a requested carpet shampooing, as opposed to what predicament I was left in today, on a Friday of the last week before putting my house up for sale, and so upset I wanted to cry. However, since all turned out well for me in the end, my main reason for writing this review is because I think customers requiring professional help for a somewhat difficult job need to be aware that on your scheduled appt day, Peter just may end up walking out on you. read more

Great customer service and value. Quick response time. I'll recommend Peter for solid service and value.

I'll give Peter a five star rating for the following reasons. He has great scheduling availability. Communications are done via text and email notifications, even notifying you of his ETA to your home. Peter arrives in a commercial van that is well advertised and he himself is well uniformed. His work is above and beyond expectations for my home. Peter was tasked for a 8x10 area rug, two sets of stairs, three bedrooms and a hallway. The appointment was scheduled for 9:30am and was completed just before noon. At the time of completion, I was already able to see the brightness come back in the carpets even while they were still wet especially my lower staircase. I kept the windows open all day and the carpets were completely dry by the morning. With that being said I'd say highly recommend Peter, he's a great valve for his services and you won't be disappointed. read more

Found Peter on Yelp and was impressed by the good reviews for his services. Happy to add another. Peter was friendly and professional from the get-go; from scheduling, then rescheduling (sorry, Peter!), to his prompt arrival, and thorough and speedy cleaning of six sizable (and filthy) area rugs. Really have nothing but good things to say about Peter's Carpet Cleaning and highly recommend him for your cleaning needs. read more

Peter was great! Found him through Yelp and I agree-- the 5 stars are accurate! He's responsive, flexible, friendly, and does great work. He showed up on time, used protective gear to protect the corners/walls of my house from the equipment, worked with me around my baby's nap schedule to work on certain parts of the house first, and everything looks and smells great. Peter just left my home after cleaning a sofa that had never been cleaned since we purchased it over 5 years ago. Now it smells & looks so clean that I'm looking forward to sitting on it again. He also cleaned a rug that was relatively new, so I didn't expect such a dramatic change. Daily dust settling changed the rug but I didn't know it until we had it cleaned. Now it looks fresh and fluffy again! I was very pleased with Peter's communication and the cleaning. Will definitely use him again! read more

Peter accommodated us at the very last minute and we were so appreciative as Remodeling took a long time and a cousin was moving in to our room addition the very next day. He took out all of the stubborn stains and there were many as these rooms were under construction for six months. Peter just finished cleaning four area rugs for us. These were second-hand when we purchased them from different friends years ago. We had not taken any special care other than vacuuming over the years, so we didn't have very high expectations. Peter's service from initial phone call to final product went beyond our expectations. He is courteous and very professional. He was quick to respond to our initial phone query and stayed in constant communication until he arrived the day of the job. His work is very thorough and he pays great attention to detail. Just an all around pleasant, enterprising young man. We will certainly use his service again. Thank you, Peter. read more

On time, reasonable, great job! My carpet looks fabulous, even the stairs, which were pretty soiled. I will use him again!

So quick and easy! I work with tons of vendors as we have 7 offices, and most vendors even for simple requests require a lot of back and forth or follow-up, but not with Peter's Carpet Cleaning. This was one of the smoothest processes I've encountered! Upbeat, professional, friendly Peter told me a tentative price when I called, we agreed on a time, then he showed up and it was done. Venmo'd him and wrapped up my entire interactions with him in probably less than 15 minutes of effort on my part. Would absolutely use and recommend service again. read more

Based on carpet cleaners in my area and the experience of his previous customers, I selected Peter to clean all my carpeted areas, a rug, a sofa and two armchairs.
