When I called to make the reservation they said, "sure we clean everything." Guy walks in the door and says, "we don't clean that," even though it was on the estimate. Then he won't adjust the bill to reflect the work not done telling me that the office would adjust the bill. $457 for two bedrooms and two staircases. The neighbor and I dragged the rug out and cleaned it on the driveway. Never again will I call these clowns. It is Saturday, look forward to a quiet respite from the week. I can't even tell the carpet was cleaned, even the high traffic areas still show. The spot treating (although it was not guaranteed) are all still there. We will basically have to pay again to get the carpet cleaned. Expensive and disappointing. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. There are others out there but I wouldn't go anywhere else. They did a fantastic job on our carpets. They looked better than when we moved into our new construction home 2 years ago. We had our vents cleaned and we were shocked by the amount of construction debris that came out. It looks like the builders actually swept all their debris into the vent holes during construction. After breathing that for 2 years, we wish we had gotten it done sooner. This may be the cause of our severe allergies that we've had since we moved into the house. They were reasonably prized, reliable, and the staff is very professional. read more

I'm convinced all the rave reviews this company has are from friends and family. I honestly don't know how they can even call it carpet cleaning. My carpets smell worse than before we had them done! Sure, some of the dirt stains are gone but that is about it. I'm no newbie to having my carpets cleaned but this ain't it. This company came recommended and now I'm kicking myself for not finding a different company. Buyer Beware!! The owner and his employees do not stand by the promises made in their advertised services. This review is for their hardwood floor service. This service promises to give your floor a face lift. However in reality the work performed left my floors looking worse than what we started with. After several phone calls, a visit from a manager, an email, and a letter by mail. All I received was excuses and an offer to put a band aide fix on the problems. Rather than make things right they chose not to stand by their promises and have a collections agency contact me for payment. They have displayed a lack of integrity and professionalism and did not stand by their WOW promise. read more

We moved into a rental home of 2500 sqft while we build our home. The owners are friends of ours so we went and helped them clean and paint after the previous tenants left. The previous tenants said they had hired zero Rez carpet cleaning and paid $680 for the service. We even got a copy of the bill. When we started cleaning I used our Dyson animal vacuum to vacuum up the carpets. To my surprise I was filling the vacuum in every single room two or three times with dog hair and a great deal of dirt. At that point I figured the bill was fake and the previous tenant had lied about hiring zero Rez. So I called zero Rez and spoke to a very nice lady who confirmed that the house had been carpet cleaned by them. I told her that with my Dyson vacuum we had picked up massive amounts of dog hair and dirt and that I couldn't believe the carpet had been professionally cleaned. She said " our process does not remove dog hair or dirt". !!!!!!!! I said if it doesn't remove dog hair and dirt what good does it do. She told me they use only alkaline water and that it does not pick up dirt or dog hair. I said if it doesn't pick up dirt and dog hair what does it pick up and she said the alkaline water will remove solubles from the carpet. I asked her what she meant by solubles just to be sure I understood her correctly, and she said things like body oil and lotions etc. I said that's crazy that it does not pick up dog hair or dirt and that I had literally gotten bag full of dog hair and dirt out of the carpet. She said if I wasn't satisfied they would come back out and do it again and I told her if it doesn't pick up dog hair or dirt what good is it? I also told her I had not paid the $680 bill but someone that lived there before me had and so they should not offer to come out and clean it again for free because I had not paid them but someone else had. She still insisted that they would love to come out and re-clean it and I told her it was of no use to me whatsoever if it would not pull dirt and dog hair out of the carpet. I hired a different company who came out and clean the carpet satisfactorily. About 24 hours after they had cleaned the carpet I used my Dyson animal vacuum again and pulled up very very little dog hair and absolutely no dirt. Suffice it to say that if you only want oils clean from your carpet hire this company but if you want dog hair and or dirt pulled up out of your carpets and a cleaning I would definitely hire anyone else. read more

An addendum to my review on November 2. Please don't use Zerorez to clean and seal your hardwood floor. I had to have my hardwood floor refinished (because of the previously mentioned stains they left on the floor and some scratches that they did not cause), and the refinishing company told me that Zerorez hadn't cleaned the floor properly before putting down their so-called sealant. There were gray areas on the floor caused by dirt. They didn't clean the floor well and basically sealed the dirt into the wood. The refinishing company got out the stains caused by Zerorez and made the floor look new again. I will never, and I mean never, use this company again. read more

I've used a lot of carpet cleaners in town but ill be a repeat customer from now on with zero rez. Was very impressed when the tech used a black light to look at stains, that was a first. He also did a smell test on what he thought was vomit. Have a small dog and he get sick from time to time. What really sold is once he started he was pulling up big clumps of dog hair and that was a first too. Ill call them every time now when I need carpets cleaned! read more

I scheduled an appointment to have my carpets, sofa, and chair cleaned. When he came to the house, he said that additional chair and room were not included in the bid. I paid an additional $155.00 for the job. I talked to the manager and after a lengthy conversation, I was told the bid I received on the phone did not include the chair and room. I remember talking with the person on the phone and given a quote for the sofa and room. In addition, the carpets were not clean when he finished, poor job. They sent another person out to redo the job. The manager said he would reimburse me for the additional cost. When I called to follow-up I was told he was not going to reimburse me and they need to make money too. He lied and I was led to believe it was my fault for the additional add ons. I cannot believe a professional business would lie and tell a customer they would give them money back. Poor business tactics and I will never recommend or use this company again. read more

The employee was nice, arrived on time, etc however the actual cleaning was terrible. The carpets were not clean, spots were still visible, very dissatisfied. We called them back to re-clean the carpets. They came back and re-cleaned the spots; no improvement. I rented a do it yourself carpet cleaner; carpets came out much cleaner, spots are gone, and have stayed gone. I would never use them again. read more

I used Zerorez before I moved to Idaho. I was so glad to see they were here too. Had my first service today and Michael Gardner did a great job. He showed up when he said he would. He took time to look for stains and treat them. The carpet looks great now. The process they use does not leave any film on the carpet. Oh my goodness! Where have ya'll been my whole adult life? My mom has lived in this apartment for going on 15 years. Cheap carpet I have hated because it shows everything and it never "feels" or looks clean. We've used every carpet cleaning service in the area. I desperately needed our carpets clean-clean before we bring my mom home from the hospital. The service technician was friendly, professional, and nice. Friendly service but the quality isn't there. I had two rooms done; living room and a small bedroom. The bedroom was empty except for a very light bed-frame (no mattress). They only cleaned under the frame as far as they could reach - didn't bother to move it at all. And they didn't clean the closet floor (it was completely clear of any items). They missed a few areas in the living room (there were areas that were left totally dry), and there were some areas that had visible dirt that I had to remove by hand. Six hours later my carpet is still wet and only "mostly clean". Not super impressed. read more

I give Zerorez a ZERO for their product quality and that their advertising is completely false. Their radio ads stated that, with their cleaning process, you carpets would we soft and stay cleaner longer. Carpets were cleaned one month ago and are already getting dirty. And, after drying, the carpet was nearly crunchy, not soft as promised on their ads. Their cleaning service is expensive and does not live up to their advertising hype that the carpets would be soft and stay cleaner longer. Do not use this service... Maybe it's just luck of the draw, but they were very polite to me. I called for an appointment and was told I could get one the next day. They asked me questions about the carpet and let me know to vacuum first and how the payment would be processed.The window for when the cleaner would show up was pretty broad: 2-5. But if you don't mind the weight, then it's no problem. He gave me a call letting me know when he was on his way, which was great. When he arrived, he inspected the floors and got right to work. A couple of weeks ago I called to get a quote. I am a returning customer, yet, the girl on the phone was incapable of giving me a quote. I was on the phone with her for over 20 minutes during which time she changed the number about 12 times. I finally gave up and said I'm done with this call. She then sent me a confirmation for a cleaning appointment, which is of course not what I meant when I said I'm done with this call.The next day, the manager called me and said "you were mis-quoted." I expressed my disappointment about them not being able to give me a quote. She said she was aware as she had listened to the call. I ended the call shortly thereafter. She had ample time to apologize, which she didn't. As they say, the apple does not fall far from the tree. It seems to me both the manager and the employee should be fired or undergo some serious training. I will not be working with them again, ever. read more

Very unprofessional and rude company. I had this company come out and clean my carpets, this morning. I was not at the home at the time of service. When he called to collect payment, prior to leaving the home, the man who cleaned the carpets informed me 'Expect some areas to look dingier after having been cleaned." Keep in mind- the carpets are a year old and this is the second cleaning. I said I was not comfortable paying until I saw the carpet after his remarks. Go to the house to view- the carpets just look dirty still. There is zero difference from yesterday. Either they don't know what they're doing or the method they use is not effective, AT ALL? I don't know, they look horrible. Then- I call and ask to speak to a Manager. I get a call back from a girl, Max, telling me I need to pay- I tell her, I need to talk to her Manager because the service done looks half ass, at best. I shopped around and Zerorez was the cheapest company I could find. I explained to Calvin the tech that the previous tenants had a big dog, the house reeked of piss and there was dog furr everywhere. I feel like I wasted my money cause none of my concerns were taken care of. Calvin did kindly explain why they couldnt get rid of the furr but it still smells. Apparently all the companies I called said they cant get it out. Anyway I'm disappointed. I would still recommend Zerorez though cause theyre professional, friendly, and cheap. read more

Not impressed. We had our hardwood floors and some stone work cleaned. Their cleaning doesn't get to the baseboards. The cleaning discolored some of the grout in our stone work. Will not recommend or use again. read more
