Then he won't adjust the bill to reflect the work not done telling me that the office would adjust the bill. $457 for two bedrooms and two staircases. The neighbor and I dragged the rug out and cleaned it on the driveway. Never again will I call these clowns. The areas he did do was fine but it took a day to get the smell of his cologne out of the house.

They did a great job and we were very impressed, getting up some things that we weren't sure could be done. They showed up on-time and ready to go. Vacuum, carpet brushing, pre-treat, steam clean, and all without that low-level residual odor we were used to. My wife didn't have any sensitivity reactions in the days after the cleaning, which was so pleasant. (Our prior company was supposed to be using no-scent, low toxic cleaning methods that still left a lingering odor.) We look forward to seeing them again next year.

I bought my own carpet cleaning machine to do the work myself after that and it's kept my carpet nice. Somehow, I stayed on their marketing list though, and got a text about a $50 off special last week. I confirmed via text (see screenshots) what the price would be ($355 with the discount) and decided to book to save myself the chores. When the guy got to my house he said "That will be $540." Uh, no. This is the second time they've quoted a price and then changed it on me. After several minutes on the phone with his boss, the employee came in and said "their prices had gone up but he would do it for $405 but can't give me the discount." I had arranged for pet care for my two dogs for this service. I asked him to leave. Truly, do not waste your time with this scammy company. Update after owner response: You can see in the screen shot I did not ask for anything special at all. I did not ask for a special method. I asked for the exact same service I have gotten each time I have used them and they CONFIRMED the price plus the discount. Their "accommodation of my schedule" was simply agreeing on an appointment time? Their positive reviews are a result of quite literal harassment of their clientele until they leave a review.
