He was careful to make sure the concrete was the right temperature and treated it carefully while doing some scrubbing. He then went the extra mile to do an overall clean of the entire driveway to blend all the different colors that develop over time. Michael did an awesome job for us! We just bought this home and we were only in town for a day and a half bringing a load of our stuff from out of state. We knew that some of the carpet needed to be stretched, but we couldn't remember which rooms( it turned out to be all of them) and we needed them cleaned. My husband is allergic to cats and they had cats. We were arranging all this while out of state. Michael met us at the house and gave us an estimate. When we explained how tight our schedule was, he rearranged his schedule and called in extra help. He came back later with his equipment and was more than patient when the keys I had didn't work. So we had to wait for my husband to get back to let us in. Michael worked his butt off getting all the carpets stretched and his guys showed up when he was finishing to start the cleaning. They finished at about 9pm. What other company is going to do that? We thought that we were going to have to replace the carpet soon, but after they were through the carpet looks great! Michael and his team are as good as it gets. Very efficient. They showed up on time and did an exceptional job. They move the furniture in order to properly stretch and clean the carpet. Michael just finished cleaning our carpets and did an amazing job! We've used him once before and are so happy with the quality of the cleaning, the fresh smell in the house, and how fast the carpets dry by the next morning...it might have even then before you went to bed. We have 3 dogs, 2 are puppies so we had some pet issues and he had an enzyme treatment. That removed the stains and odors. Performance Carpet Care is professional and affordable! He also does carpet stretching which we plan to do at the end of the summer. read more
