I would warn that if he doesn't answer the phone call it goes to a call center and they quoted me over the phone for cleaning and sealing a price that was way off. So I would only get quotes directly from William and don't rely on the phone team. The second day (day 1 is cleaning and day 2 sealing) we made a 9am apt and he couldn't arrive until 11am because things came up, which is understandable but tricky with pets and trying to prep the house. So make sure you are flexible with the time window he gives you.

He sprayed a stronger solution over a few of the higher traffic areas and redid them.. he is very thorough! Right before he co posted I asked to do a few add on tasks. They had another job today but fit them in at the end of their day and at a very reasonable rate compared to other vendors I have used in the past.
