You can not tell the old from the new fringe. Moreover, Cyrus, Nidia and the other employees we met could not have been nicer. When we dropped the rug off, Cyrus came out and explained in detail what needed to be done and why as well as the background and history of this type rug. We must have stayed nearly 45 minutes chatting because we enjoyed each other's company so much. Service, kindness and professionalism could not have been better. When I told the AI agent what I wanted, they told me that the screws were in a specific aisle, and the price was lower than quoted on Lowe's website. I went to the store, the man at the pro shop looked them up. He told me that they were out of stock! So he then ordered them for me, from the vendor....Then I asked him if they had any Cedar boards in stock, in 8 feet long... 1x6" and 1x8". He told me the 1" x 6" x 8' Boards were out of stock, but the 1" x 8" x 8' were in stock....He told me that they were in Aisle 51. I went to Aisle 51, they had loads of Cedar boards, in multiple sizes....I picked out the 1" x 8" x 8', then I picked out the 1" x 6" x 8' ones. Yes, they had a bunch of sizes available. Their AI agent sucks...bad information on the screws. Also their Computer System sucks...It doesn't tell the people who are trying to assist customers accurate information.
