When I got home they only put two bread sticks and they didn't even give me the Sierra Mist until I had to go back for the two fucken bread sticks that they didn't pack in the bag ! Capone's has very good pizza, and excellent beers on tap. I would have given them 5 stars, but sometimes the dining area isn't as clean as it should be. Nothing major, but the floor is usually a bit grubby. As for the pizza, the crust is usually perfect, and the people here really know how to make a good pizza. It wasn't very busy and most of the staff were getting ready to close an hour & a half before closing time. I ordered at the counter and I felt like I was disturbing the female employee who took our order. Perhaps she was just bored as she got friendlier as our time there went forward. The pizza was nothing special. We ordered the untouchable that says it includes extra cheese, but the cheese was sporadic and if the amount of cheese on our pizza was twice the normal amount then there is very little on a regular cheese pizza. The sauce was not evenly distributed as it was thick in some spots and completely absent in others. I don't even know how to describe the flavor of the sauce but it wasn't for me. Some of the mushrooms were still uncooked which may be good in a salad but not on a pizza, and I don't eat salads! I would say this place is for individuals looking for fair but not awesome pizza! read more

Pizza was some of the best pizza I've had in quite some time . The cheese bread was out of this world. Location was small with your typical pizza parlor decor ( picnic bench seating, old video games). The reason for the four stars was for their customer service or lack of. The employees were not very friendly . We were not greeted upon walking in , not a smile , nothing. When we ordered the woman wasn't rude , just not friendly. Make sense? Like the woman hated job. When it comes to Pizza this place is Good from the cross to the sauce to the cheese you name it it's a little bit pricey I'm going to say that off the top but you get what you pay for I try to make it down here on Mondays with the family it's a $1.50 for a new york-style slice I'm a big guy these pieces are huge to me. On any other night if it's not a special night it's pretty expensive it's located in that shopping center so there's a nice amount of parking the parking lot is kind of dim and there's no security but it's not a bad area to worry. The staff is extremely cool and helpful not to mention fast. When it comes to stressful lunch time they keep it cool and dig out those pies I will definitely be back. Restrooms are located in the back of the restaurant there are a couple of video games and a couple white screens inside of the eating area with outside patio if you'd like to eat outside there's also more parking in the back of the restaurant read more

From the outside it is very unassuming. It looks like it's at the front of an industrial center along with a few other eateries. Pizza was really good! Spaghetti was great too. Service was real friendly albeit a bit on the slow side (pizza took about 30 mins). It's worth a try. A good place to relax if you're hungry and in no hurry. read more

I love this place. They are quick and the girls working the front are really friendly. I eat here at least a few times a week and they've never messed up an order. I am always greeted not only by the cashier but from all the workers. Its a great hole in the wall on Arlington. Sometimes the wait is high, however it is always worth it to me. Okay so I've been here a million times and usually when the girl named Vanessa is working my service is on point and everything is perfect. I've almost never had a negative experience, but last night changed it all. Last night my roommate and I went to get some pizza slices and breadsticks with cheese. We got the pizza no problem but our breadsticks were taking forever. It was pretty empty so I was surprised that it took so long. We had been waiting a good 30 minutes when a large group that came after us was leaving and we over heard them going on and on about how "fire" the cheese bread was. Not only had we still not gotten our cheese bread, but the parties that had came way after we had already did and were leaving! Three times asking where our cheese bread was and an hour later we finally got our appetizer. The worst part about all of this was they didn't care about the crappy customer service we had just received. They didn't try to make it better and for a second tried to make it seem like it was our fault that we hadn't gotten our bread. We got a not very sincere I'm sorry as she shoved the cheese bread at us. I work in the food industry, I work in pizza and I know how it can be but this was not okay. Needless to say I'll probably be back and hope that Vanessa is working because she never messes up my orders. read more

The place was empty when we came in for lunch and the cooks were just standing around. Ordered a 16" pep pizza and that was it. 50 minutes later I asked if our order was almost done and was told that it was just about to go into the oven and it should be ready in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later it finally came out just in time for me to have to go back to work so we boxed it to go. We went in Starving, ordered Hotzerella sticks which were way too spicy, a meatball sandwich that lacked proper sauce and flavor, a philly cheese steak sandwich that was extremely dry and tasted like old packaged meat. Been a customer of Capones for over 20 years and have always been satisfied with the food and service.The last couple of times I've been unsatisfied with both.I don't know if they changed ownership or what..About a month ago I walked in and placed an order and was treated very poorly.The girl who took my order was very rude and unprofessional. Then after I get my order home and am ready to enjoy my food I realize they messed up my order.This being my first bad experience there I let it go.Now tonight I decide to give them another try since I really like the Mobster Sub they have.I place an order for 3 lg sub's to feed my wife,my son and myself. They take my order and give me a total and tell me it will be 35 min.After 30 min they call me and very rudely tell me they no longer deliver to my address because they had an incident with someone in the area.What does that have to do with me?They even had all my info in their computer they pulled up with my phone number.They could see Im a customer and not the customer they had an incident with ..Not to mention I live 3 lights up and a right turn from Capones on Arlington..And why not tell me sooner???Well after over 20 yrs of eating there,I won't be back after this..Rudy in Riverside read more
