If you drop off after 8:30 AM on a Monday you will not get it back till after five on a Thursday. If you want it quicker like they used to do Dash literally last week - you have to pay three dollars extra. For a pair of pants that was six dollars that I could get same day is now nine dollars to get into days is such a huge drop off in the previous service that they offered that it is no longer acceptable. Currently, they do not do any in-house dry cleaning and ship all items to Columbus for cleaning hence the four day service. I am hopeful that they will find a new location which will permit them to reinstall their equipment and return to same day service. Their previous service and staff were very good and reasonably priced but with the change, I'm looking elsewhere. The problem is that the alternate choice is Capital Cleaners but I believe that it has closed in Springfield. I believe that EPA and zoning regulations are strangling this industry, thereby reducing our availability of cleaners.

My mind is blown by how much they really do care, and my items that I received back are perfect. 1000% I will be back Old review: I don't recommend this place. I have come here for a good while now, and I think the quality is mediocre at best. I have paid for multiple zippers to be replaced, and they charged me for this but didn't do the work, and this was on multiple items.

Fastest around and best prices! I've gotten wool sweaters stretched, holes repaired, couch cushion covers washed, they seem to work miracles. Staff is very nice as well. I drive 15-20 min from Middletown so it's about 30-40 min round trip and it's worth it. You won't be disappointed!

It looks beautiful and brand new. The owner also offered you money if you still weren't pleased with the seamstresses work. They also gave you free dry cleaning. Sometimes you just can't make everyone happy no matter how hard you try. Your garments are still waiting for you. Maybe it wasn't the garments you wanted from the get go! And when you mistreat people and are rude and nasty, they will usually respond the same way. This owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, as are EVERYONE of his employees. Metropolitan Dry Cleaners will go above and beyond to give their customers the best possible service and it's heartbreaking when people post untruths!
