The regular size is already enough to share amongst a couple of people, but they offer an even bigger size if you want. The mango always tastes ripe and fresh and the shaved ice is nice and creamy. The condensed milk on the side is a nice touch so you can adjust sweetness as desired. The mango is already sweet for me so I like to pour the condensed milk on the shaved ice instead. The ordering process is straightforward--either with a person or through a kiosk, and the interface on the kiosk is nice and organized. However, our experience turned sour shortly after entering the store. The cashier, in the middle of helping another customer, reprimanded my husband for throwing away an empty cup in their trash can. Her facial expression and tone of voice was obviously upset and stern, as if we brought in a ton of trash to put in her bin. That experience alone made us feel unwelcomed and we left immediately. Like lady, who the hell hurt you so badly that you're upset at an empty cup thrown in the trash. This review was left moreso to let management know of their employees level of customer service. And well, if she was management, then that is just a shame to treat customers that way.
