The Appraiser only had her grandson take pictures and didn't check anything. Appraiser was told of upgrades but only listed the upgraded bathrooms and our home came in way under value we thought. Also the appraiser compared our home to much smaller and older homes in the neighborhood and even outside of our neighborhood and there are plenty of the exact same homes like ours in our neighborhood. Very upset we had to pay over $500 for this and turned down our refinance at this time.

I wanted to engrave his name and years of service onto the mug and after searching for a shop that can do it, I was finally referred to Nunez by one of the shop keepers on Little Creek Base. I drove to Nunez and showed them the mug and exactly what I wanted and they said sure no problem. 24 hours and they gave me a quote of about $70, which was a great deal considering the short notice; I needed the mug done for the retirement party which was in two days.
